Excellent location. Yards from 1 beach and about a 3 minute walk to the main beach and town. The room was a decent size for 2, nice size bedroom and bathroom, lovely shower. No view though but I knew that when booking. It is basic, but it's all I needed for a base as we were out all weekend. Nice and secure. Nice little Welsh cake shop on the ground floor of the building. Also the activity centre where you can hire bikes or anything for water activities. Definitely use again - but maybe book a room where the room number is even so get a better view!

Pillows, so uncomfortable. Should have listened to a previous review and took my own. There's parking available at the harbour (and can park near the hotel), pricing is steep. I paid £30 for 48 hours. There is another pay and display car park but the pricing is similar.

Location was perfect for accessing other facilities in Saundersfoot.

Struggled to find it as we arrived in the dark, and couldn't drive to within sight of it...as it turned out, this was due to the road being closed as a result of a landslide. We parked in the carpark at the harbour, at a cost of £16 for 24 hours. The following day we found another carpark one street back from the harbour which was free (requested a £1 donation). A heads up about the parking situation before we arrived would have been appreciated.

Location and cleanliness

No free parking, but we knew that anyway. Harbour parking not cheap but reasonable at the community centre. The drop off/loading space was useful though, hope this was OK to use for 5 minutes on arrival and departure.

Third time staying... Love this place, I believe it's having a new restaurant too soon, last time we stayed in room that had sea crashing against.... Only little issue... Couldn't get shower to go hot... Only cold... But yes love this gem of a place

Very clean & comfortable - even had a fan in the room 👍🏻 Basic but met all our needs. Shower was great.

View was of an alley & a wall with a little sea view at one side but we were only in room to sleep so not that big an issue. Could have done with a few more loo rolls

Radiator wasn't working Very prompt, helpful response from the property manager when I messaged through booking.com chat. Small electric heater brought to the room as temporary solution.

Close to the beach and restaurants

Parking was £15 for 24 hours Bed was seriously uncomfortable Cups were dirty as well as other parts of the room

The location is excellent. The rooms are simple but fine for a couple of nights.

The beds and pillows were pretty uncomfortable. There’s no other furniture apart from the bed and bedside tables.

Liked the location as it is right next to the sea. Property was clean and peaceful.

The bed was just awful. Really poor quality of sleep as a result. Also, there is no available parking for the property and the daily rate on the nearby car park is an eye-watering £15 which certainly will prevent me booking there again, sadly.

Simple clean, comfortable, 100% value for money. If your in saundersfoot the actual venue is superb, it's our 2nd time and we will be back.
