Loved the staff. Particularly the Polish couple in the restaurant and the Filipino gardener. Great location. Fabulous gardens. Breakfast was by and large good and plentiful, but some of the ingredients could have been better quality, particularly the sausages and jams. Public rooms were lovely. Views from the terrace onto the beach and harbour.

Our room was no. 310 and we were very close to the lift and it was very noisy going up and down. The quality of the furniture in the room was poor for the price we paid. No biscuits on the hospitality tray in the room which, again for the cost of the room we felt this was penny pinching.

The hotel is in a great location with a superb view of Tenby. It has a couple of lovely areas to sit and take in the views. Our room also had a view over the bay. There is ample parking. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are nice and evening meals are also tasty.

Although our room was really nice, at times there was a lot of noise from the room above, e.g. heavy footsteps on creaky floorboards and dropping heavy objects. Another small niggle was that there were 2 set times for breakfast - one was too early for us and the other a bit late which meant a later start to our day than we would normally like. However overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

First class breakfast service, served to you at the table, food was lovely, staff excellent. Location is fantastic, take a drink onto the terrace overlooking the sea, and enjoy the amazing views of the bay. Cleanliness is excellent, and the gardens are beautifully kept. As we were leaving before breakfast, reception arranged for two packed lunches for us to take with us on our journey, and very nice it was too. We can't thank the staff at the park hotel enough for a wonderful weeks stay. Thank you very much.

Stunning views over iconic Tenby harbour, set in lush gardens, with swimming pool, in a quiet residential area. Spotlessly clean. Varied breakfast included in the room price. On site free parking (on a first come first serve bases).

Drop in bedroom floor level leading to the en suite which is an accident waiting to happen. Poor pressure and performance in the over the bath shower. Maze of corridors and steps poorly lit. Tiny claustrophobic lift. 15 minutes walk to Tenby town centre, fine going downhill, not so fine walking back up, especially for the less able.

My wife and I were met with a warm welcome at reception when checking in. Our room (108) was very spacious), spotlessy clean and well appointed. A nice view from the window, we could see across the houses to the sea (and harbour). We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant for our first evening, It was good. Breakfast was excellent, great selection. Staff were very attentive. A large dining room, waiter/waitress service. The food was freshly prepared (no waiting in a buffet line for soggy eggs). The bar (located downstairs with direct access to the beautiful gardens) was cosy and a nice spot to relax. A really nice terrace located across from the hotel - fantastic viewsa cross to Tenby, Heated pool - but we didn't use it.

The bathroom was small, and could have been larger. Shower was located in the bath. Powerful and plenty of hot water. However, it was spotlessy clean. Toiletries provided too.

Lovely friendly staff and a waitress breakfast service. We enjoyed the Garden Bar, prices very reasonable for a hotel and the outside pool and seating area outside overlooking Tenby bay was very enjoyable.

Booked a classic double room which was on the small side. The shower was the worse we have had, it was just a trickle which was a shame as the bathroom had been modernised. We reported the slow running of water in the shower and was told that it is because of the water system and people using the water during busy periods, but unfortunately we found it didn’t matter what time of day we used it. I don’t like shower curtains although due to the flow of water it wasn’t really required!

Good value for money, excellent evening meals & breakfast. The one small issue I did have was attended to.

Unfortunately two of the rooms we booked were on split levels which is not really good for the elderly. My father tripped over it on the first day - fortunately no harm done. - However there's enough height in the room to level out everything should the owners wish to do so. Also another room we booked 310 was right next to the lift which was audible - can't complain too much as this was a late booking but something for others to consider. Finally I think the corridors in the building could be better lit particularity where there are steps.

The hotel's location is one of the best in Tenby -- better still if you pay extra for view over North Beach to the town (and since the building itself is no beauty, the location has an additional plus in that you can't see the Park Hotel when you're there). It's also one of the v few hotels in town that have a garden (with gorgeous views over the sea and beach to the town from the garden and from a couple of strategically placed decks looking over the cliff) *and* a swimming pool (small but perfectly formed, and heated -- other things being equal, it's open to end of Sept). Our room was fine, recently redecorated and quite large enough. And (joy of joys) there was a twin socket with a couple of USB outlets for charging things. Every member of staff we met was exemplary, friendly and helpful without being obsequious

The weak coffee. It's ok if you like Nescafé, tough if you don't.

We paid extra for a bay view room and the view was spectacular, we had a great view straight across Tenby, its harbour and beyond. Staff were very friendly and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Room was very light and the bed very comfortable. The grounds are kept looking immaculate and it has a heated swimming pool & garden terrace looking straight across the bay & Tenby. Food was served hot and cooked to order. We had both breakfast and evening meals and except for the breakfast sausage and jams was spot on.

Not dislikes as such but little opportunities for improvement. For the price I would have liked to have seen Hot Chocolate as a choice on the room tea tray. At breakfast, please for the full English breakfast, change the sausage to a local one that has flavour, not a commercial brand, wasn't very tasty. Also sadly I think the Jam/marmalade selection lets you down, doesn't look particularly inviting and the orange marmalade I tried was bland and tasteless - come on Park hotel - you're better than that :-)
