The King room was very comfortable especially the bed and easy large walk in rainshower. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I wish we had dined in the downstairs restaurant as it is obviously very popular - it was packed out the night we were staying. I would definitely go back and stay another time. Thanks Billycan.
Not really a problem but there is no breakfast served downstairs in the restaurant - you have to go out but there are so many places in Tenby for breakfast so you are spoilt for choice. We went to Fuchsia, a small cafe in a lane on the left, if you walk further up the road where The Normandie pub is situated - not the cheapest but great quality food and nicely done. No complaints about Billycan at all but maybe a bath mat to step out on, after a shower, might be a good idea or is that too old fashioned these days? Also, no parking but it wasn't a problem for us as we parked in the multistorey near the Bus Station which I believe is the cheapest for long stay.

Amazing views & perfect location to stay for Ironman. Comfortable bedrooms. Lovely shower & bathrooms, massive living space (open plan dining room, lounge & balcony. Good Cooking facilities. Perfect. Very high-end property.
Room was meant to be ready at 14:00hours, wasn’t ready until 15:30 which ruined the 1st day as I was meant to be at a local triathlon by 16:00 hours, this made things very unnecessarily stressful. I know this was Ironman weekend but this was very overpriced. Also the proce stated £950 for Fri-mon & booking.com changed this to £1500 when I booked, which is extortionate!

Food was amazing staff friendly .The girl carried my case to the room which was lovely of her..nice size room good facilities. Situated in the town ideal for going out in evening .very nice shower.
Room could do with coat of paint to freshen up.got damp by widow needs sorting.also no bulb over mirror .tile on bathroom floor loose needs grouting back in..didn't affect our stay but would be nice if attention payed to these things 110 pound a night no breakfast included .we stayed in room 2.could not get WiFi to work.

Excellent location for beaches, shops and restaurants. Decor lovely, Very clean and tidy. Spacious room and bathroom. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant, would advise to book as was fully booked both nights we stayed.
For the price paid, I would have liked to have breakfast included, or a slightly cheaper room rate without. An observation - we were on the second floor with windows to the front, in a room that can accommodate one child up to 12. The windows do not have any restrictors on, so can be opened fully. Be aware if you have small children that they could lean too far out of the window very easily and it is quite a drop to the pavement. Food for thought from a health and safety perspective. Also be aware that as it is centrally located can be noisy late at night, especially at the weekend,

Billycan don't do breakfast, saying that there are a lot of places nearby for breakfast, which there are. However if they did, it would probably be a stunning breakfast, judging by the evening meals we had. Best piece of advice is, not to have a starter, as the main sharing dishes are huge.
Cleanliness could be better. The side entrance to the bedrooms has a grubby vynil floor as it is the main kitchen/toilets/accommodation thoroughfare. Just needs a good scrub. The en suite was okay, but not spotless.

Great location in the heart of Tenby. The room was a decent size and well kept with a nice big and comfy bed. We also had a meal at the Billycan and the food was amazing! Highly recommended.
Slight downside of being in the middle of the town is that there's no escape from any street noise. The beer delivery was first thing in the morning so we awoke to beer kegs being scraped around. Not sure there's much they can do about that and it isn't every day. No aircon in rooms which was a bit of a shame.

great location and very central. beautiful room with lovely decor .
The pervading smell of cooking / grease that was in our room because it was close to the kitchen and the kitchen door was often open . Not acceptable for the price we paid . We complained , kitchen door was closed , but later it was open again . My clothes smelt when I returned home ! Also maybe a bit expensive to not include breakfast but to be fair we knew that when we booked.

Good place to stay in Tenby, but a bit noisy as it's close to the pubs and areas where drunk people wobble their way back once the pubs are closed. Big room and bathroom and it's relatively clean. Too bad there's no breakfast available. It is summer and we got to stay centrally in Tenby, but realistically it is overpriced for what it is.

Beautiful little place, and the loveliest room. The lady who checked us in was really lovely too. Bang in the centre of Tenby, down a little side street. Walking distance to everything.
Unfortunately it was noisy at night as we stayed on a Saturday night. There was drunk people outside making noise for most of the night, alongside the people in the room next door. (Not the hotels fault though), so don't let it put you off.

The accommodation was great. Fantastic apartment, light, airy and spacious.
The apartment would benefit from some coat hooks in the entrance hall and towel rails in the bathrooms. There were four of us and we hung coats over the backs of dining chairs as there was no where else to put them. Similarly with towels once we had all showered. I felt that we cluttered up the apartment.
