Clean. Modern. Comfortable. High quality. V comfy bed and excellent facilities in the room I was really happy with it. Staff we so friendly, efficient and helpful. Food was fab and menu extensive - I had never seen a room service menu like it! Was really yum!!

Noisy neighbours in room next to me seemed to be a thin wall. Not the hotels fault and when I rang reception about it they responded promptly. Also had to park in council car park across the road as the car park was full outside the hotel due to a wedding being on. I soon moved it over after the wedding had finished. I was genuinely really impressed and happy with this hotel and would absolutely stay there again

Very friendly staff throughout; comfortable room; well appointed, lots of nice features like music dock, fresh milk for drinks, telly in the ensuite :-) The restaurant was exceptional; the quality of the food, fillet steak and mushroom pasta were some of the best we've ever had, and the staff were attentive and generally excellent

Waitress accidentally spilt water all over the table and my wife; others were quick to help clear up but it was a bit of a disappointment

King room with comfy bed and wet room. All very nice and suited our 1 night stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. We only had a Continental breakfast, but it was a good selection of fruit, pastries, cereal, juice and breads. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

The room was decorated in dark colours, which was lovely and dramatic at night, but gloomy during the day. Some of the walls in the room had dust marks on them. This really is a minor point though and didn't stop us from enjoying our stay!

San Pietro, was amazing. The bedroom was marvellous, spacious, extremely clean and the bathroom was superb. Breakfast was Continental included in the price, everything you could ask for in a continental, the staff in the hotel and restaurant were of the highest standard, Becky in charge of breakfast could not do enough for us. Visiting again as soon as possible.

There was nothing to find fault with. All the staff were friendly and so helpful.

The property has real charcuterie and at the same time has all the modern facilities. It’s very comfortable and the staff could not be more helpful Pietro, the owner, is a real Sicilian and the food in the restaurant is of a very high standard. Enrico the restaurant manager, is also top notch and very professional, while remaining friendly.

I cannot find a thing i did not like.

This place was a real surprise. Everything was great about this place. Rooms large, clean and comfy, very friendly welcome and the absolute highlight: the restaurant. We had a great dinner which we enjoyed very much. Large variety of different dishes and each and every course we had was absolutely good. The same experience we made with the cooked breakfast. Will come back for sure.

Not one negative experience

The location of the facility is handy, but the room looked straight out on to the car park and there was a transit van backed up against our window. The food was excellent at dinner and breakfast. I asked for decaff coffee in the room, but I never received any

This is a lovely, exceptionally clean and comfortable well run hotel with friendly and helpful staff. There is attention to detail everywhere and we loved that there was even a bottle of fresh milk for tea in the fridge in our room. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant and our food was, without any exaggeration, perfect.

Beautiful place. My room was amazing and clean. We have dinner in the restaurant and was beautiful good quality food, well done to the chef. We couldn’t eat the breakfast in the restaurant because we have to leave early, but the reception give was some fruit, sandwiches and juice for the next day to eating, it was lovely from them.

The staff were friendly and attentive in the morning when we had breakfast, the owner came and spoke to us, which was nice. The room itself was lovely and looked just like the images in booking. Com Wonderful bed. Overall a wonderful stay for me and my partner, whose birthday treat is was.

Everything was great. TV didn't work in the bathroom, but that was just disappointing, it didn't really impact our stay.
