The room was lovely - bath looking out to lovely countryside. It does feel a bit exposed as there isn’t a lot of cover/ curtains, but the view makes it worth it. Property is very clean. On site parking available. Make sure you have a car as it is difficult to get to property otherwise. Breakfast was nice - only thing given it’s a small b&b you need to decide the night before what time you’re going to have breakfast and what you’re going to eat. Owner is very nice and friendly.

You are asked to take off your shoes when you arrive at property, which is good in a way to keep the fitted carpets clean, but it would be good to know about this beforehand to get bed slippers.

Gorgeous farm views and a nice place to get her with our friends also staying there. The breakfast experiences were amazing - fully five star!

I was so taken with the view from the bathroom that I forgot we both are arthritic and need a walk-in shower !! Victoria provided the answer with a walk-in we could use on the first floor.

The room was fantastic and the grounds were spectacular. We wish we had booked it for another night or two. Victoria was wonderful and made us feel so welcomed. Breakfast on the patio was excellent and such an awesome setting. Stay here if you can!

A silly thing but, having to leave our shoes at the entry way every time we entered. Just a bit inconvenient. Next time we'll bring some slip-on's to make it easier. :-)

The room was spacious and attractive with a comfortable king sized bed and a single bed. We had cooked full English breakfasts each morning as we were there in the weekend. These were tasty. Victoria is a lovely friendly hostess and we enjoyed chatting to her.

The light switches are set in a selection of buttons and not easy to decipher . It would be helpful to have a wee card to explain how they work. We managed to work them out eventually but they weren’t very user friendly if you weren’t familiar with them. The’ Luxurious toiletries’ were somewhat missing as for the 2 days we were given 3 little tubes of shampoo, body wash and conditioner with just a bw and c on the bottom of the lid and these seemed to be only half full.

Absolutely beautiful rural surroundings. Lovely building with charm but modern conveniences. Other guests also had kids but we never heard them so the soundproofing is quite good. The shared kitchen is more serviceable than described. And the view out of the kitchen/lounge room is amazing. Hills and fields and sheep. My children loved it. Highly recommend a pub afternoon at the Little Brown Jug, they have a great playground and good food.

The lights in our room were a bit wonky. Very complicated light switches, with 5 unlabelled buttons. The closest village, Edenbridge is…sketchy, but a few more minutes down the road are several lovely villages. The whole area is very picturesque.

The accommodation was in lovely surroundings. There was a good choice of things to have for breakfast. The host was friendly .

Everything was as described at the time of booking . Therefore there wasn’t anything that needs to be improved upon .

Very clean very beautiful. Views from kitchen sitting area are outstanding. Grounds and views superb. Host was lovely and made a real effort to make us feel welcome and meet all our needs.

Room and bathroom were quite tight due to being in a roof space but perfectly fine for one night stay to be honest.

The B&B totally exceeded our expectations. The location and the facilities bring you a piece of a little paradise. It was lovely. The pool and the garden are a big plus. It's a great place to both relax and to work.

Nothing I can think of. Except we had to leave after one night :-)

Very last minute booking- very easy Beautiful build sympathetic with the existing listed building and the countryside surrounding it. Quite sublime to sit of an evening overlooking the view or take a swim in the beautiful pool. Great fresh breakfast
