The room was lovely - bath looking out to lovely countryside. It does feel a bit exposed as there isn’t a lot of cover/ curtains, but the view makes it worth it. Property is very clean. On site parking available. Make sure you have a car as it is difficult to get to property otherwise. Breakfast was nice - only thing given it’s a small b&b you need to decide the night before what time you’re going to have breakfast and what you’re going to eat. Owner is very nice and friendly.
You are asked to take off your shoes when you arrive at property, which is good in a way to keep the fitted carpets clean, but it would be good to know about this beforehand to get bed slippers.

The room was spacious and attractive with a comfortable king sized bed and a single bed. We had cooked full English breakfasts each morning as we were there in the weekend. These were tasty. Victoria is a lovely friendly hostess and we enjoyed chatting to her.
The light switches are set in a selection of buttons and not easy to decipher . It would be helpful to have a wee card to explain how they work. We managed to work them out eventually but they weren’t very user friendly if you weren’t familiar with them. The’ Luxurious toiletries’ were somewhat missing as for the 2 days we were given 3 little tubes of shampoo, body wash and conditioner with just a bw and c on the bottom of the lid and these seemed to be only half full.

The room was fantastic and the grounds were spectacular. We wish we had booked it for another night or two. Victoria was wonderful and made us feel so welcomed. Breakfast on the patio was excellent and such an awesome setting. Stay here if you can!
A silly thing but, having to leave our shoes at the entry way every time we entered. Just a bit inconvenient. Next time we'll bring some slip-on's to make it easier. :-)

Gorgeous farm views and a nice place to get her with our friends also staying there. The breakfast experiences were amazing - fully five star!
I was so taken with the view from the bathroom that I forgot we both are arthritic and need a walk-in shower !! Victoria provided the answer with a walk-in we could use on the first floor.

Absolutely beautiful rural surroundings. Lovely building with charm but modern conveniences. Other guests also had kids but we never heard them so the soundproofing is quite good. The shared kitchen is more serviceable than described. And the view out of the kitchen/lounge room is amazing. Hills and fields and sheep. My children loved it. Highly recommend a pub afternoon at the Little Brown Jug, they have a great playground and good food.
The lights in our room were a bit wonky. Very complicated light switches, with 5 unlabelled buttons. The closest village, Edenbridge is…sketchy, but a few more minutes down the road are several lovely villages. The whole area is very picturesque.

Very clean very beautiful. Views from kitchen sitting area are outstanding. Grounds and views superb. Host was lovely and made a real effort to make us feel welcome and meet all our needs.
Room and bathroom were quite tight due to being in a roof space but perfectly fine for one night stay to be honest.

We stayed for three nights in August. Even without having a car, this location is great for an escape to the countryside. With Chartwell national park only a 30 minute walk, local takeaways, and friendly pets, you can certainly make the most of your time. The room was perfect, very cosy with a beautiful bathtub to enjoy in the evenings (with a great view). The room had great facilities - bath robes, wardrobe, plenty of towels and a fan ! The shared kitchen/dining area was great and not busy with people, so you can make your own food and eat in there and fit enough in the fridge for a few days. Shared kitchen had cold water for guests, milk and coffee/tea refreshments. The onsite pool and tennis was fabulous! Absolutely no complaints. Everything we needed help with or if we had a request it was met to the best of the staffs abilities and they made us feel right at home. The family really went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was very yummy and when sunny you can eat it outside which was lovely. Overall a very peaceful, fun stay. Should be a 4 star hotel !

The rooms were very attractive and light and airy with comfy beds. The decor was very tasteful with a modern touch which we loved. There were lovely views from the communal sitting area. The pool and tennis courts added a lot if we had been staying longer. The owner was very helpful and charming.
The breakfast had a good selection of cereal and fruit but it would have been great to have had a choice of the cooked breakfast.
