It's a little difficult to express myself in such a way that does this charming little B&B justice. It's family-run by a couple and their adult son. The place ticks ever possible box, it's cheap and all the "extras" like breakfast and evening meals are included in the case of the former, and incredibly cheap in the latter, All for top notch quality as well. Three courses for £10, and they were completely unfazed by my diabetic requirements! I'm definitely going to use it as a first choice when visiting Skegness in the future, and heartily recommend it to anyone else. Just don't beat me to it!

Very friendly and welcoming. Even though the room was small, it nevertheless had all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. The choice and quality of breakfasts we had were excellent. And the option of a three course home-cooked evening meal is something I've never come across before in a B&B/hotel of this size. The evening meal (choice, quality, and value for money) was also excellent.

The only thing I can mention here is the shower. It was adequate, but the water pressure wasn't particularly high.

The breakfast was hot and delicious and served to your table. Paid extra for the evening meal (3 courses), all homemade, was more than happy to and would do so again. Home cooked food, absolutely spot on. Nice clean and quiet room. Hosts Jean, Micheal and Tim, all very friendly and welcoming. Had a nice 2 days away from home and will definitely be staying again and recommend it to family and friends. Visit Churchills Bar for a nice night out without the hustle and bustle of the large pub chains. The Clumber House Hotel is 5 minutes walk to the Seal Sanctuary with the sea front and main parade of amusements and shops and bars within a 10 minute walk from Clumber House.

No Black Pudding as an optional extra at breakfast and no iced water at dinner

One might feel that £10 for a three-course evening meal with tea/coffee is good value but be concerned about how filling it is. I was a bit apprehensive but need not have worried. On the first evening of my stay, I had to take it easy for a while afterwards because I was uncomfortably full! On the other two days, I filled me perfectly even though I had been on quite testing cycle rides. It is excellent value and is different each evening. The breakfast menu has plenty of options, in addition to the full English, which in itself is very good. Porridge is offered for starters and with the choice of original or with golden syrup. Albeit only bottled beers, there is a small bar. Everyone was friendly, helpful and attentive. That included locking my bike securely in their shed and wheeling it in and out for me.

Family business where you will feel like at home. Owners are one of the most friendly people we ever met and very professional in looking after their guests. Place looked after very well. Very tasty food too. Great location - near train station, restaurants, entertainment, pier and wide beach. Simply impressive in every aspect!

Nothing really…maybe breakfast could be extended up to 10am instead of 8-9am, just so people have a bit more time in the morning, especially at the weekend. as the breakfast really was beautiful so much attention to detail was made by the owners

Everyone very helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable.

I noticed in the dining room that the name plates apart from mine had first names mine just had my surname. Also I know I was the last down for breakfast but was within the time, the bacon seemed as though it had been cooked a while earlier and then put in a microwave.

Such a well laid out building. Also a well stocked bar and lounge. Mini fridge in the rooms with complimentary bottled water. Very clean and comfortable throughout. Add to that the fantastic breakfast which also caters for vegan and gluten free requirements. Not to mention the proprietors, Michael and Jean who are lovely ,friendly and very welcoming.

There was a good choice for breakfast, but my favourite was the full English, the location was excellent, with just a ten minute walk to the town and a couple to the beach. Jean, Michael and Tim were so helpful and the bar and bar food helped too.

What a find. I couldn't find a fault with this place. Spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms, the proprietors are friendly with exceptional customer service skills. Plentiful tasty breakfast. We planned on having the evening meal on our 1st night but the food was so good we ate at Clumber house all 3 evenings we stayed. Proper tasty homecooked food, 3 course for a tenner, wow. Already planning another visit and we have recommended to friends.
