Can’t fault anything about The Stoneleigh, it’s a lovely hotel, the host was so welcoming and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The room was on the small size, but plenty big enough for what we needed, and the beds and pillows were so comfy!! Was a lovely suprise that we had a bath too, an added bonus. The breakfast each morning was so lovely! We get to choose what we wanted, and it was always hot and delicious. Would definitely return and would recommend this hotel to anyone! 5 minute walk from the front and the town, great location! Thanks for the lovely stay!

Nothing - no faults at all!

The room was exceptionally clean, bed and linen clean and well made with a very comfortable mattress. A very good quality well cooked breakfast was served, I have a health problem that disables me very quickly if I over walk or exert my self and was unable to go down for breakfast, I was so grateful that breakfast was brought up to me. Location was perfect for beach, shopping, entertainment and restaurants also parking was ample. The host was a caring kind person who provided superb hospitality and beyond.

Clean pleasant room with a good shower and plenty of storage. Breakfast was generous with multiple time slots and options. A good sized lounge was also available to use with TV and small fridge of drinks to purchase. Very close to the town centre, and off street parking was available for nearly all guests.

The weather!!!

The breakfast was great both in choice, quality and value. The room was clean and was daily brought back to its high standard of cleanliness and drinks replenished. this hotel deserves its four star rating.

The car parking on site is a problem in that three spaces are marked out for small car parking which unfortunately were not used by the small cars. This resulting in the larger spaces being used and spaces for larger cars being unavailable. I was forced to park my larger car at space which resulted in one of the access's to the hotel being blocked. so in reality the Hotel only as four car parking spaces for large cars.

Everything.the room was a great size everything you needed was in the room.and the breakfast was excellent . great place and great credit goes to the very friendly owner Donna and her daughter for all the hard work that they do.

What was there not to like free parking and great location a 10 minute walk to all the shops and the beach.

A pleasant weekend at Stoneleigh, the room was nice and clean. The area was quiet with all facilities not far away. The breakfast was delicious and the host Donna was welcoming and friendly. Would defiantly return.

We only stayed 2 nights and could find no faults

The host was amazing, lovely, made you feel at ease. The breakfast was amazing the best breakfast I have had in a B&B. The location to the centre and train station was amazing approx 5 mins walk in either direction from the property. We would recommend this property to family and friends.

The hotel was in a lovely avenue and walking to the centre for evening meals took less than 10 minutes. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and Donna, the owner, was so warm and welcoming. The breakfasts were superb. Finally the location was excellent for exploring Lincolnshire.

Rooms and the whole place spotless, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was top notch and so much choice. Skegness train station 5 min walk and centre of town same situated on a very quiet street. Will definatley make it my no1 choice when returning to Skegness.

The whole property is very clean and well maintained. The guest lounge is a fabulous extra. Big comfy three piece and a large flatscreen Tv. The dining area is really clean and inviting. Overall beautiful comfortable hotel.
