The room had everything I needed. The breakfast was great and Cat and Adam were very happy to make adaptations to suit each guest. Cat is the most wonderful hostess. Staying on my own I was a little worried about whether I would feel comfortable and safe. Cat was so friendly and helpful she put me at ease right away. I wonderful family run B&B. I will definitely use again.

The shower was a little small but the water was hot and the shower was powerful so it more than did the job. This is certainly not a complaint as it did the job.

Adam and Kat greeted us at the door and we were welcomed in, we chatted a while and then we went up to the room, myself and my young son unpacked our bag and he was excited to play darts and pool. Both Adam and Kat made were lovely, you couldn't ask for more, you can tell they liked their jobs and were happy to help in anyway possible. the room was perfect, lovely shower, tv (that worked!) beds were comfy, plenty of room and it was quiet, breakfast was lovely and at a good time.

I stayed at The Craigside with my 12year old son for 2 nights whilst visting family. The stay was wonderful for what we needed it for. Literally a 3/4 minute walk to the beach and amenties, 10min walk from train station. Kat & Adam couldn't be more helpful. Considering there's 11 rooms in the house, it was quiet and had good sleep. Breakfast was included and was fantastic, hot and cold selections available. Rooms were modern, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Overall clean, friendly, homely, with breakfast included also great value for money....Always used a caravan for skegness but will definitely be back to stay here :)

Charming B&B with Excellent Hosts in Skegness I recently stayed at the The Craigside Bed and Breakfast in Skegness and had a lovely experience. Located just a short walk from the seaside, this B&B is an ideal place to stay if you're looking to enjoy the coastal town of Skegness. Upon arriving, I received a warm welcome from the owners. They showed me to my comfortable, decorated room which included a single bed, TV, private bathroom. The room was very clean. Overall, I highly recommend staying at The Craigside Bed and Breakfast if you plan to visit Skegness. The location is ideal, the rooms are cozy and clean, and the hosts make you feel right at home. It's a great value for money. I will certainly be staying here again on my next trip to the English coast.

Bathroom was a little cold and shower was hard to shower in.

First of all the owners are lovely, everytime I came down for breakfast they welcomed you and the lady even said “usual” haha. I booked a single room, perfect for 1 person, nice and spacious and a perfect size bathroom. Very clean and comfortable. They asked you if you wanted anything for your room when you went down in the morning for breakfast. Recommend it that much that I have booked again for next year!

Everything was perfect.

The location is great the hosts are amazing and lovely it was 3 night stay with my daughter (8 years old) in July. It's child friendly, the hosts went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and catered for the breakfast was very nice and tasty with a variety of choices. A beautiful aquarium displayed in the living room area, Burt the fish was a definite favourite hit memory from our stay, she loved to look and check up on the fish everyday. The room provided had everything required for our needs. The room was modern and decorated lovely, it appeared clean enough to feel relaxed and comfortable. The bed standard mattress was soft, not what I am used to but it seemed to do the trick for a good night's rest. We will definitely visit again and thank you for having us.

I have stayed at the craigside a few times now and I have always enjoyed my stay and always had a clean and spotless room.and slept like a log..Adam and kat are always very welcoming and nothing is to much trouble.breakfast is absolutely amazing and not overfacing so you can't eat it all.adam and kat are a lovely young couple and so easy to get along with..I.ve just recently had a full week and really enjoyed myself..Next year I.l be taking my partner...keep up the good work Adam and kat..and we.l see you next year..kind regards. Loved that it was close to the town centre and Pier and everything that we needed and also free parking is a big must for us. The hosts were amazing and so attentive and even remembered our breakfast order for the next day too, I needed gluten free which was no problem and I was told what I could and couldn't have off the menu, gluten free bread even toasted separately.

We were in the highest room with a slanted roof which become very hot the 1st night and it was an uncomfortable sleep but the next morning we were asked if we needed anything for our room and I asked for a fan and when we got back in from shopping it was there waiting for us so everything was sorted promptly.

What a delightful find in SkegVagus Hosts: Adam and Kat were brilliant along with the help of family and staff, their fish were a welcoming joy; hungry blighters. House was spotless, breakfast with its many choices was beautiful.Certainly stay again hosts couldn't do enough for us

Nothing to dislike. Skegness is a lively seaside town on our east coast plenty of pubs, entertainment, eating places restaurants. Beautiful beaches and seas, ideal for disabled people what is there to dislike And I happened to stumble across The Craigside and shall certainly be staying here again if there's any rooms available. Excellent service, great full English breakfast, Kat who runs this hotel will always go out of her way to accommodate any requests that you may have, I've stayed at 5 other similar places in Skegness over the years, but this hotel beats them all, no comparison at all. Very clean, they have 2 lounges where you can relax watch TV and meet other guests, play darts, 8 ball pool. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who's looking for a place to stay, similar to home, Kat and her husband Adam makes everyone feel like part of the family. Thanks Kat for a great week, looking forward to staying with you again in the near future.

Really hard to find any faults, the only thing bad, is they don't cater for anyone with disabilities, no ground level rooms, no lift, apart from that, it's an excellent place to stay, great location for shops, cafes, pubs and the beach, just 10 minutes walk away.
