Brilliant location staff were great and on hand if you needed anything. We would recommend. Parking available round the back of property.

Felt welcome when checking in .Room 23was as you'd expect for a studio...very clean with everything you needed ..Good shower and a comfortable bed in a prime location for skegness

Weekend spoilt by selfish arrogant people in room 12 below us ..loud obnoixios drunk argumentitive ignorant when checking in and constantly playing loud and I mean loud arabic /rapmusic day and night..resulting in police being called after 11 at night ..not what I expected but had to be subjected to ..which actually would put me off booking here again

All arrival, the staff were there to greeters the gentleman was very nice and explained well what we needed to know The only thing that let it down was that was the only time I saw him could not gain access to reception to refill tea. coffee and milk which were all on the counter in reception. And on departure, the gentleman reappeared and said hope you’ve had a good stay and that was it

The apartments and the kitchen area were very good. The bedroom was a decent size good enough for me and the wife. The toilet and shower area was a little small but manageable 

Everything went well, from the train station we just got the number 1 bus and got off at Wellies pub then it was just a minute's walk. The instructions to get into the property and the room were simple. The room was very comfortable and just the right size for our needs

The code although simple to get into the property doesn't feel secure enough, anyone could could have watched us and remembered it easily. The shower wasn't very powerful but once the head was adjusted slightly was acceptable

This was so close to what we needed for the weekend. The apartment was great but if you have less mobility, think about which floor you may be on. There is a stair lift to first floor but none above that. The areas are clean for what you need. Although is tired around the edges. Has been recently painted from what I saw. Staff was exceptional. Took time out for us and helped with bags. thank you ....oh and exceptional value for money even a welcome tray with tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, crisps and water. Now that's not bad for self catering.

The apartment was clean , spacious and in a very good location. The manager was informative from the get go and phoned to confirm we got all the information to be able to get in our apartment 🙂. Will be booking again in the future.

The shower was temperamental and I couldn't get the right temperature either too hot or too cold. Them not having a lift would be problematic for people who have heavy cases , I struggled with mine coming down the stairs.

Location for price is fantastic, couldn’t fault it at all. Little to no noise as was in a room facing away from the main road. Clean all round. Towels supplied and bed was comfortable. Access to all local amenities was superb as we are both non drivers. Restaurant and Bars all within a couple of minutes walk and the corner shop was literally on our door step. Booking through booking.com was a breeze and the hotel text us to check that everything was in order.

Little to no water pressure or hot water from any taps and shower. The chair lift to the first floor was in the way but appreciate that having no lift this facility accommodates for less able bodied people.

Kettle was very dirty.

The room was small and cosy, with a little kitchen. Had all the cooking essentials, perfect for a quick meal. Wifi was reliable, easy to connect to.

The major concern was the shower, the temperature was constantly changing and it was also low pressure. Knowing what is available before arriving, as we thought a oven was going to be available as we booked a deluxe studio. It would be great if an email or a short description was accessible, mentioning what's included in the kitchen. Lastly, the natural lighting in the room was an issue, it was dim due to the blinds being diffuclt to open.

The sea view front, the comfy beds, a good location for shops, the beach, arcades and a pleasant stay. Waking up in the morning and seeing the sea, was wonderful to see, and the sights, sounds and smells are always great when visiting Skegness.

The only thing that went wrong, was the shower was not fixed.
