Nice location and comfortable bedding. Plenty of space in the apartment to let my toddler play. No fussy bits (meaning I didn have to hide them away from my toddler). Clear communication and my requests were handled immediately. Peppa pig world and marwell zoo were just 10 to 15 minutes drive away. We got the unit on the 3rd floor and enjoyed using the lift rather than dragging all our bags up. Views from the top were great even though it's surrounded by great big trees. It's close to green spaces and a playground next to a pub.

Self catering places vary in what they provide but usually basics like Salt, pepper, sugar, oven foil and baking paper are usually provided in most places.. they don't here though.. also the unit was clean at first glance but the cupboards and heating vents could do with a proper clean.

Easy access. Code communicated in advance. Good facilities. All cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses, ironing board, etc. Very clean. Comfy bed and clean linen and towels. Nice to have an apartment with separate dining/seating area from bedroom. Easy access to Southampton Town Centre by car and bus stops yards away on main road. Shops only short walk/drive away.

Bathroom door wouldn’t stay completely shut; stayed ajar. Wasn’t able to lock it which wasn’t an issue for us but might be for others. Bedroom had an outside door but no window to open and we are used to having windows open overnight. Those the only two small issues. Overall super place to stay.

Great sized apartments, clean, quiet rooms. Unfortunately when we were there, (4 days/3nights) there was a water issue in the whole area, so we had water only on the first day and the next morning, then it only came back when we checked out which was really annoying, but to our surprise we didn't just got our deposit back, they gave 50% off the whole price as a compensation. Communication was excellent from management (James). Definitely will come back.

The lift was so stinky (like 10 cats urinated in one corner 🤢) we could not use it for 3 days (were on the top floor) then when we checked out, we noticed they finally cleaned it. The stove wasn't working/heating up properly as a 4 egg scrambled egg took 30 minutes to cook. Despite all of this, we still would choose to stay here again, for sure in the future, everything else was lovely.

Location, terrace, amenities. It was spacious, organised and quiet. Check in and out was very simple. Great parking. The apartment had everything a family would need, including netflix for those toddler 'moments' when a distraction is welcome. So close to the local zoo which is fantastic. Two bathrooms and large bedrooms.

The plumbing and electricity were a bit weird. Not problematic per say just not quite right. Some of the spotlights in living room / kitchen would switch off by themselves, but would work again if you turned all off and on again. The shower in one of the bathrooms was very slow to drain and when you flush away in one of the toilets some of it somehow ends up in the other.

Good location a few minutes drive from the centre, apartment was clean & comfortable with lots of facilities such as the smart tv & nice little touches such as the dishwasher tablets left out & a washing pod to save having to buy these, great communication from host also

it would have been great to have a bigger size shower gel/shampoo as the ones on site were tiny

It was super easy to collect keys from lockbox as host had texted me the code a couple of days in advance. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very spacious for the 3 of us. I was really impressed that there was a washing machine although we weren't there long enough to need it. Perfect location for anyone visiting Southampton University.

The mattress on the bed was a little thin.

Good communication via messages Onside parking Clean with everything you need to cook.for yourself including a dishwasher and washing machine. Spacious bedrooms 2 bathrooms. On bus route to Southampton- £2 fare. Near lovely park - can walk to nice pub through park. Balcony which was covered. Bedrooms at back so no road noise for sleeping.

Apartment was large but had a slightly strange layout of lounge .

The apartment was clean, the location was just right for our travelling in and around Winchester and New Forest. The beds were comfortable and the bedroom room configuration and 2 bathrooms was ideal. Enjoyed being on the second floor with a balcony, lift access as well as stairs. We appreciated the lounge/dining/kitchen facilities. Thank you.

Lack of washing up liquid and basic cleaning materials.

Big apartment, spacious, 2 bathrooms. Great for a family of 4. Our girls loved their bedroom. Lovely balcony. Modern and clean. Came with everything we needed including 2 fans which were needed.

Few of the lights were out in kitchen and living room, shower fixings Loose, in the 2nd bathroom there is a big gap in the shower door when closed, hot water took a while to come through. Poor WiFi in certain areas.

almost everything, easy and smooth check in, James was available via message when needed and even catered for a slightly later checkout due to the kids, clean, comfortable, spacious, toddlers loved it too, tv had Netflix/prime etc too, balcony, free Wi-Fi which can get issues at times but still good, great location as it was around 40 minutes away from Bournemouth beach and 15 from Paultons park as well as being close to Southamptons west quay shopping centre

generally all great but few improvements could be made to make it excellent, little difficult to get out as on a main road (can’t be helped), we had no problems but can imagine car park can get full quick as not the biggest, great apartment but could have done with complimentary tea/coffee as when going to purchase them via Asda they only do big boxes when only wanted 1/2 teabags, nothing major but improvements could be by having had 1 extra toilet roll in each bathroom as only 1 in each, a fan in the en-suite/bathroom, 1 extra bin liner, couldn’t find a hoover to help clean up,
