Beautifully decorated and easy to access room on arrival.

The sliding door to bathroom didn’t seal, so privacy when using toilet wasn’t brilliant! Worst part was that when shut, door jammed. You needed to push the bottom of the door out in order to open it, but there was nothing to indicate this. So first use resulted in a lot of panic at being trapped inside. From other reviews we had been under the impression there might be a kitchenette - perhaps that was another room. Alas the champagne we brought with us for my birthday was taken back home unopened!

The room was clean and very comfortable with lovely towels and the access codes worked easily. The location was good as I could drive easily to the hospital and walk into the main shopping centre.

The main road was noisy early in the morning especially since the windows need to be open overnight at this time of year. Parking is good if you find one of the front ones free but, around the back it is very tight and one driver parked too close and I didn't think I could get out. Perhaps just marking the back area into a bay or two could prevent that.

Parking was great, stay exceeded our expectations was lovely, great amount of space for 3x adults and 2 children. Clear easy instructions to get in, clean and nice layout. Was perfectly located for us 20 mins from peppa pig world and near to the nightlife/bedford place. We would definitely stay here again!

The only thing we felt was missing was a toaster and perhaps dustpan and brush/cleaning supplies but we did have kids with us where your always feeling the need to tidy up after them

Room was clean and windows were great. Big space. Quiet neighborhood.

Better info of where we were located. Direction to Shirley st and buses. Taxi info. A reminder email on the process for getting in the door. We had to help a couple in the door as they did not under it her. Informed that a converter was needed and not supplied. Or supply it with a fee if missing. Two sets of towels for stays of three days or more.

Excellent design, beautiful interior finish, very comfortable bed and all very clean.

My bedroom had one window that I couldn’t always open properly as it was adjacent to the next flats bathroom window, so if they had theirs fully open I couldn’t open mine fully. The proximity of their window also meant I could see into their room whilst working at my desk (& could hear their tv well into the wee small hours)

The bed was very spacious and comfortable and topped off with Netflix on the TV which made for very cosy nights, also next to a corner shop if you feel a little peckish later in the day. But even better, only a 5 to 10 minute drive to west Quay which was perfect for us and our trip. Would definitely recommend!!

The bin was a bit small and we're very keen on having snacks in bed. A very minor problem.

The room was clean and a very large size. It was perfect inside. I stayed in room 4. The shower had great water pressure and temperature. I would stay again in this room.

I got in late at night and walked from the bus. There were two intoxicated men kicking things over and walking down the middle of the road making cars dodge them. I didn’t feel very safe walking alone at night in the area.

Comfy beds, clean and good bathrooms

Lack of cooking facilities, just a microwave, not even a toaster, parking is first come, first served at the front, getting to the back is tight, parked fine first night then had to park round the back but it wasn't easy

The bed was very comfortable and considering we were at the top of the house on the hottest day of the year there was good ventilation. The fan was a bonus.

We could not get the TV to work at all.

Clean sheets, towels, kitchenware etc. Complimentary soap and toiletries were nice, access codes were simple to use and the staff were very useful answering messages.
