The White House is an 19th century house attached to the Tinners Arms. The room was furnished in keeping with the property but with a modern bathroom. It was a beautiful place for a tried traveler to rest. The location just off the SW Coast path makes to perfect for walkers. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. There is also a common area that is shared by residents. The staff were very welcoming. Breakfast is served in the Tinners Arms and is very good the typical mix of cooked and cereals etc. In the evening the pub can hold a table for residents and the food is also very good pub food. After pub closing time the area is very quiet.

As the pub bar is the B&B reception and the pub is very popular it can take some time to get served a the bar.

Friendly staff. We got there just before 8 as we were walking from cape cornwall and it took us longer than expected (had to really hotfoot it towards the end. Also no phone signal whatsoever for a couple hours), didn't realise that they stopped serving food at 8. As this was the only place around and we were starving, we appreciated them making an exception and making us food at half 8, though we were happy to eat anything at this point. Really nice little bar, that went silent after 11 which was great as we had the room above. Delicious breakfast. Lovely location. Very clean.

Very simple amenities which was absolutely fine for our needs as a pit stop for our walking, but I only put this as a slight downside for the price you pay. (I know, you pay for location)

In the midst of the summer heat (one of only a few times this year) The White House was exceptional. From the hospitality in the bar, the supurb dinner through to the room - everything was just perfect. Whenever I come back down, I will absolutely be staying here. Thank you for hosting me!

Zennor is in an insanely peaceful town, but staying at the Tinners Arms really feels like you're a fantasy adventurer who's wandered to a tavern and met sociable and hospitable group. I was here looking for inspiration for a story, and I've certainly found a lot here and from the church next door.

The whole setup is lovely, our room was clean and light and bright and overlooked the church and our dinner and breakfast were both excellent. Staff were friendly and welcoming and it was in a lovely setting.

Fabulous location in an historic pub with a great atmosphere. Great food, excellent breakfast, spotless rooms and friendly staff. A perfect relaxing long weekend. We will definitely return!

Brilliant stay in Zennor - really friendly and welcoming customer service with a cup of tea after a challenging walk. Lovely place with a super breakfast just as good as the excellent pub special the night before. Perfect.

Nothing at all

Spacious comfortable room with good ensuite. We liked the communal kitchen area where we ate breakfast and were able to sit in the evening to play a game of Scrabble. The Tinners Arms next door is characterful and we had a nice meal

Cleanliness is great. Food is very good. A single room which was not the size of a broom cupboard. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Definitely recommend the food in the Tinners Arms..

Wonderful place to stay and enjoy great food and hospitality- close to St Ives, with a wonderfully positive vibe - would love to return when back here again!
