The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We had dinner at the Hotel and the food was extremely good and served to us by a very friendly member of staff. Breakfast in the morning was also very good and again served by our Hostess who was extremely friendly and cheerful.
The shower was not great. There was hardly any power behind the water flow and the sliding door was hard to move. As said previously, the food was very good but, to be honest, the portions were gigantic. Sadly this can be as off putting as poor food. I suppose it is better than too small a portion but it really did not suit us.

We had the best time!! I've not long had a baby boy, and we have a 2 year old daughter too & I've been keeping really poorly with lots of doctors and hospital appointments. To say we needed this break is an understatement lol. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They went above and beyond, especially with my request for a birthday balloon for my partner. The food was phenomenal, drinks were amazing especially the pornstar martini! The pub was so cosy and welcoming. Everything was clean. The locals were the best! There's a big carpark right beside the drymen inn, and a handy shop across the road I'm sure was open til 10pm weekends. There's a couple of nearby pubs too. The lady who greeted us & served us all night (baby brain- can't remember your name) was such a gem, funny, upbeat, beautiful soul inside & out - absolute credit to the drymen in!
Reviews state the rooms are small. Our particular room was a great size! No complaints whatsoever from us.

We first choose to go for one night with half pension but we found put that the surrounding was to beautiful to run through. Parking is close to the premises. We had room number 3 and is was a small but comfortable room. We where making a roundtrip through Scotland and had a big suitcase and a trolley with us. Nice bar in Wednesday a pub quiz and Friday till Sunday music. We had 2 nights with half pension and could choose different things from the menu. Breakfast was a joy a specially when Jennifer was putting on her Scottish playlist. Coffee and tea on the room and if there isn’t enough you can grap it from the corridor. Pizza was homemade and breakfast was jumm.
Spiral matras but mine was comfortable

A comfortable and clean stay. It's a restaurant/pub with rooms so on a Saturday there are bands in, which if you need early evening quiet you might consider an alternative. The stage was directly below the room. I took in the first set at the pub and sang along with the second set from the room. The band was good. The breakfast was also good and the service was friendly.
The rooms and spaces are small so not ideal for spending a long time in the room. Fine if you get out and enjoy the town or the pub downstairs.

Staff are really nice rooms small but value for money. There was a delivery to the shop across the Rd at 6am it was so noisy .
Food was really spicy I got the chicken dish full of jalapeños I couldn't eat it first bite my mouth was on fire. And it was recommended. By staff . The girl noticed I didn't eat it and boxed it up cause I didn't want to complain as me and my partner had a great night and it was his birthday but it went in the bin.

Fantastic family run hotel. Everyone was lovely! Room was just what we needed, shortbread and water, tea/coffee in our room when we arrived. Comfy bed. Spotlessly clean. Food was superb. We had the Hogmanay set menu and it was really delicious. Value for money was outstanding and unheard of in this current cost of living crisis. Cannot wait to return! Breakfast was yummy, great quality and a decent portion. The location was very picturesque.
Nothing.

The staff were all exceptional, friendly, welcoming and gave brilliant service. From our check in with Jackie we were made to feel at home even though we were a bit anxious taking our dog away for the first time. We had breakfast & evening meal as part of the incredible deal. The food was fantastic. The bar area with the fire was a great place to relax. We would love to return and would highly recommend to anyone else.
Rooms were a little small and bathroom could do with updating. We were pleased with everything considering the price we paid! The bed was a little soft but that's just a personal preference.

Everything. The owners and staff couldn’t have been better. We were made to feel more than welcome. We were invited out along with the hotel staff and the local community for a walk along the west highland way up Conic hill on New Year’s Day. What a day! We couldn’t have enjoyed it more. I couldn’t recommend staying at the Drymen Inn highly enough. The food is excellent (we didn’t even eat anywhere else as it was so good and so reasonably priced), the entertainment on New Year’s Eve was fantastic, they made my wee dog Molly so welcome and quite simply couldn’t do enough for us. We have already booked for over New Year’s Eve next year and will very likely be back before that! Stuart, Jen and their staff were excellent hosts. Overall excellent in every way!!
That I didn’t stay for longer. I really would have stayed longer only I had a ferry booked to go home.

The 'Ultimate' Scottish breakfast was fantastic,, the staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us. The bar is a nice place to be in the evening, with a good selection of drinks available. It's nicely located in the village as well, so the local shop is on your doorstep.
The only criticism - and it's one that can be aimed at almost every hotel I've ever stayed in, so it's not just the Drymen Inn - is the minimum amount of milk in the drink-making facilities in the room. However, it's a very trivial complaint as everything else was excellent.

We went to Drymen for our honeymoon and had to take the dog with us. As I hadn't paid much attention to how big the room was when I booked I was disappointed with how small it was to be honest but we decided to make the best of our time away. The dog settled on after first night and was happy to stay in room while we had dinner and a few drinks. The staff were fab and food amazing. We really enjoyed. Unfortunately had to cut stay short due to family stuff but they were very understanding.
Room was very small for the length of stay we had booked but clean and comfortable. The deliveries in the early hours to the spar woke me up and the room was stifling despite no heating being on and window had to be open.
