Rooms are excellent, very clean and comfortable my only problem was no opening windows for fresh air, not a fan of air con so room was uncomfortably warm even with heating turned off.
Unable to open a window in room. Used the restaurant and very disappointed with steak and ale pie frozen chips and peas, there is more steak in greggs steak bake, my colleague had fish and chips and the portion of fish was embarrassing, again with frozen very dry chips. For the price it was not value for money. It looked like nothing was prepared from fresh in a very well equipped kitchen, I can imagine the chefs are quite frustrated unable to use their skills on frozen food.

Didn't have breakfast - location was good for our needs. Room was spacious and comfortable, although the heating could have been easier to operate as the fan seemed to blow out cool air whatever we set the temperature to! The staff were helpful and friendly and the evening meal good value and tasty with a varied menu.
Having visited the area previously and used this hotel there was nothing that was an unpleasant surprise, so no real cause to complain! We were using a motorcycle as transport and the reception suggested where we could park without incurring a charge, so what's not to like?

We had to make a last minute reservation at the Hilton Garden Inn - when we arrived the same morning, we were allowed an early check in since the rooms were ready, which we really appreciated. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and when asked we were quickly given an additional duvet, which was perfect for a good night sleep.
- The window in the room doesn't open so it was very stuffy inside when we arrived - we had to use air conditioning at the end of October, which is neither energy efficient nor produces fresh air. - There were no slippers provided in the room.

Good location for the Emma Bridgewater factory, amongst other things. Very clean and modern hotel. Room really good size with a nice bathroom. Hairdryer provided. Good breakfast also. Parking was convenient and only over the road in their own car park. Biggest towels we've ever had in a hotel. Bed was super comfy and so were the pillows. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
No proper chairs in the room, so if you want to do hair and makeup, you're a bit stuck unless you want to stand. Only 1 tall mirror in the room, no mirror above a table, so hard to do your hair and makeup. Also, there are no plugs near the mirror (luckily, the hair dryer is on a very long lead, my straighteners were not).

Our room was clean and tidy and had nice views. We got a good night's sleep. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.
The bread options were very limited, I was looking for wholemeal bread, I found what looked like a brown bread that I had for toast but it tasted very sweet with my scrambled eggs! After I had some fruit and yoghurt and found the strawberries were frozen. At dinner we asked for Fanta Lemon which the restaurant didn't have so the waiter told us to leave the restaurant, go to the onside shop and buy them from there and bring them back. We instead chose another drink but feel if the Fanta lemon is in the shop surely the restaurant could have sorted the logistics rather than making the customer do it all. Not what I would expect from a Hilton. Also at dinner the same waiter asked if we'd like a dessert we said yes please, he then waited for our order when he hadn't given us the dessert menu.

Clean, good location, bar and restaurant area very nice to relax and eat, breakfast was tasty, bed very comfortable and bathroom has great facilities.
The staff! They really could do with some extra training. I asked for a cocktail menu, two members are staff told me there was one but they couldn’t find it so looked at me with a blank stare. One of them said just tell me what cocktail you want I’ll look it on up on the iPad (which was for their use not a guests) then went on to say actually we don’t have all the ingredients for all the cocktails. Again looked at me with a blank stare. One of the reception staff wasn’t too pleasant either, just kind of feels they aren’t really bothered about the guests having a nice stay.

Close to where I was attending, in walking distance. Very clean hotel , polite staff and gave me complimentary extra hour for checking out.
There cud have been some sandwiches made up to buy hs we had had a long day at dance comp and not eaten since breakfast and everywhere was closed when we came out. No tea and milk and sugar in my room so had to go back down to reception, these things shud be sorted b4 getting to room. Breakfast was nice but again had to ask for milk for cereals has the jugs were empty and qued ip for toast to then find no butter out. Asked 3 times but chef had to cut it up. By the time I got butter toast was cold so chucked it.

Conveniently located on a ring road and close to motorways. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially in the bar and restaurant. Rooms are spacious and clean with very good facilities, including numerous USB points. The restaurant, whilst not haute cuisine, offers a reasonably priced and better than average menu. Breakfast is more than adequate.
The car park is opposite the hotel, across the dual carriage way, accessed on foot by a pelican crossing. It is not very easy to find and our satnav took us to the wrong place, where there is a sign indicating that the hotel carpark is elsewhere, so presumably our situation was not unusual. The air-con was noisy and, although we turned it off, sprang to life throughout the night.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn and found the hotel itself to be quite nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall ambiance was pleasant. However, I was disappointed with the customer service. When I needed assistance, the staff seemed indifferent and not particularly eager to help. While the hotel had great amenities, the lack of support from the staff unfortunately detracted from my overall experience. A little more attention to guest needs would make this a much better place to stay.
The staff at the reception were unhelpful.

Bed was really comfortable and the room was nice and quiet with a very large shower. Staff very friendly and hotel was close to local pubs and takeaways. Communal areas were very nice and car park was right behind the hotel charged at £9 per night.
The bathroom smelt a bit off and the lighting in the room was very poor when getting ready, the prices were very high for coffee/food and the room seemed pricey for what you got. The room wasn't much better than a premier inn. The location was a bit scruffy too to be honest.
