Cheerful welcolming staff. Pleasant decor with everything you require provided. Pub and restuarant extremely popular even on a week day so alway reserve a table. Meal portions very large. Excellent breakfast. Easy and plentiful parking

We were in Room 11 and access to the room was up some very steep stairs which woud be difficult for some. Also the room only had a bath ( the sloping ceilings meant not possible for a shower) which was very difficult for me to get in and out of. Nothing wrong with the offeering you just need to be aware and perhaps ensure you book a room with shower on the 1st floor is you are elderly or have walking difficulties.

Broom Hall is located in a small village around 7 miles from Stratford-upon-Avon. It was easy to find and we received a warm welcome from the person who checked us in. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was lovely with a great shower and free toiletries. The food was excellent as was the service. We had dinner in the restaurant, the portions were very generous. and the food was delicious. It was quite busy which is a good sign for a midweek in October. There was a good selection of food for breakfast including a very nice fresh fruit salad. Breakfast was not self-service but instead items were ordered from the menu. We would not hesitate to return if we were in the area again.

The bedroom lighting was poor, although there were two wall lights, a bedside lamp and a desk lamp. Even with all lights on it was quite dark.

This hotel has it all: it is full of character and in a great location for a Stratford-upon-Avon business meeting. The staff ( every single member ) was exceptional in their customer care and attitude and seemed to genuinely enjoy being there, which is rare today. From the moment I was greeted at check-in to the morning I checked out, I was really impressed. The dinner I experienced was more than I could have imagined. The menu isn't cheap, but it's worth every penny. My room was spotlessly clean, with a comfy bed. Having a decent-sized desk was welcomed, allowing me to work in comfort that evening. The breakfast and breakfast service was as impressive as the dinner ( compliments to the chef/s ). I will return to the Broom Hall Inn without hesitation. Highly recommended.

When I return I will request a top floor room. Being a building with hundreds of years history, of course there are creaking floorboards. To be expected. I was lucky, though to have not had the usual elephant above me ( I seem to attract them everywhere I stay ), so the walking around and noise was bearable, but, I would recommend a top floor room if available.

Very clean; friendly and helpful staff. Despite overlooking the car park and close to a road, the room was very quiet and we slept soundly. Good, spacious shower and great water pressure. It was fine and a good price, best way I can describe it is a pub with rooms in the style of a Premier Inn. We went o a wedding at a nearby hotel and it was fine as a stopover - not a destination venue.

It wasn’t very cosy or quirky and our room was quite small. Everything is brown, beige or white - all in very good order, but it’s a country pub with rooms and I was expecting different vibes (photos on site are accurate).

The staff are very friendly but still professional, you can tell they work very much as a close team. We had an evening meal in the restaurant, again wonderful service and the food was delicious 😋 We opted for breakfast in the morning and it would take a lot to beat the quality of the food and the service! Amazing place to stay, just about 8 miles from Stratford upon Avon but such a lovely Inn. If we're down this way again we will stay here. Well done to every member of staff you're doing a fantastic job 👏 👍🏻 😊

Room 2 was ideal for our one night stay but the bathroom door wouldn't close unfortunately.

Dinner and Breakfast were excellent. And service from the bar was good.

Our room was on top floor with very steep stairs to get to. We really should have known about this at time of Booking, as we are both over 70+yrs and as this was a Special event for us it was very difficult to carry our luggage, even though we were invited to have our luggage carried up as the Staff know how difficult it would be, but we declined and it was only on the second set of stairs that we wished we had excepted. Also the Bathroom /shower were not very accessible due to depth of Bath and Shower so low.!!!

Our lasting memory of Broom Hall Inn was the outstanding level of service we received from ALL the staff, at the bar, in the restaurant and when checking in/out. Secondly we much appreciated our superb steaks and gluten free Sunday lunches. We have stayed at hotels far more expensive and not received anything like the standard of friendly and efficient service we enjoyed here.

Although our room was comfortable it was small and cramped. If staying longer than a night book a bigger room. Staying at a popular pub is likely to be noisy but talking outside the front of the premises until the early hours disturbed our sleep.

We have come here every year for the past 3 years. It has really good food and we have always had a good stay in their rooms. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. First time this year we stayed in one of their cottages. Everything is to satisfaction and very clean. Debbie, the breakfast waitress is amazing. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The food has generous portions and tastes so good. The fruit salad is very good and always fresh. Food is made fresh every day. I can vouch for the fish pie. It had a generous topping of cheese and was very satisfying & moreish. 16oz rump steak was really good too. Flavoursome and filling. If you want to enjoy the fine food here it's advisable to book ahead. If arriving later in the day, on a busy day you may be out of luck on some of their popular dishes.

The bar, restaurant and room staff were attentive and helpful. The breakfast was good and the service exceeded expectation. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The evening meals were good value and the portion sizes were so large I struggled to finish, but too good to waste so I soldiered on valiantly. I would recommend the hotel and restaurant to friends. The location close to The Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon made the price not just reasonable but a bargain.

There is little to quibble perhaps there could have been a greater choice of cereals especially low sugar ones and non dairy milk could be offered or volunteered.

The ambience was great, so very comfortable and friendly. Excellent room. The restaurant and food were brilliant. The staff could not be bettered.

The issue was with customer behaviour. In the main pub area, one couple had a dog which was sat up to table on a chair, being fed from their meals. I like dogs, however, how you let your pet behave at home should not be carried through in public eating areas. Dogs, though much loved, are animals not children, however well behaved. The thought of inadvertently sitting on a chair, in an eating area, after a dogs anus has been parked on it is quite revolting.
