The food was superb and the staff very friendly and professional

Where the tea and coffee were situated in the corner above the dressing table I thought was a bit dangerous, also the lack of heating especially when the towels needed to be dry and the floor was slippy and wet. The bathe needs handrails as it is quite slippy getting out when you have had a shower

First off, I added a special request to my booking and someone 'phoned me within a few minutes to arrange it with me. On arrival, I found the room to be spacious, and the shower was lovely - very easy to operate, unlike many I've experienced! My bed was comfortable and I was impressed that the tea/coffee tray included Oat Milk as an option. I'm not vegan myself, but some family members are and I know this is something they don't come across. Breakfast (self-service) was delicious too.

The only slight downside was that my room was in an annexe, meaning that I had to walk (a short distance) to the main building for breakfast and it was drizzling. Not a massive problem though.

Staff excellent and provide great support throughout. Room clean and functional and quiet. Restaurant was good for dinner and the Sunday carvery was a highlight. Choice was limited but quality of ingredients and food was above average at the carvery.

Breakfast choice was mainly English and would have appreciated some more fresh fruits a or more natural selection. Some baked croissants muffins would also be good to add. Due appreciate that catering for all tastes is a challenge. Aware that it’s a health and safety requirement but the green exit light is exceptional bright and lights the whole room at night, making sleeping a bit of a challenge.

Location - close enough to town but also a nice quiet and what felt like a safe neighbourhood. Plenty of parking. Lovely and clean - room and pub. Comfortable. Friendly staff. Nice food. Only stayed two nights but room was cleaned after the first night, which was a nice surprise.

Room decor a bit dark and dated. Would not want to walk into town - a bit too far to then have to walk around once you got there. Also some parts of the route had no pavement. There are plenty of car parks in town so this was not a problem. We parked by the butterfly farm, which was great base to explore from - right near the river and a short walk into the main town.

Property easy to locate and very conveniently located on the road from Chipping Camden. A restful almost semi rural setting with easy access to Stratford on Avon. Check in and room cleanliness very good. The meals are great - we were very happy that we came back from town for dinner and a top breakfast. Staff go out of their way to make for an enjoyable experience.

Given we were unfortunately on a fairly tight schedule, an earlier start breakfast (7:30 - breakfast at 8:00am) would have been appreciated. However it is realised that it is an excellent buffet breakfast and not dependent of staff serving meal.

Very friendly staff, breakfast was very good, self service which was hot and well cooked, bedroom was adequate, it was clean but the bed might be too firm for some people. Pillows and quilt cover could do with being updated. Bathroom stocked with toiletries and clean white towels, hairdryer in the room too. The shower didn’t work too well, we think that it may just need the shower head replacing. Reception were informed on our departure. Tea and coffee making facility. We liked the fact there was a bus stop outside to and from Stratford town centre, which was excellent as we did use it. We got a taxi back which cost us £10.00. We did have their Sunday carvery which was very good but can’t comment on their evening menu as we are in Stratford our 2nd evening. It was a very pleasant couple of days staying here.

As part of the older generation we found it difficult to climb into the bath to use the shower.

Breakfast was good and was take as much as you want (but only take one helping). The pub side was was excellent, with a good range of beers and great food. Despite not being actually in Stratford upon Avon, it was only a 10 minute drive away and if you are active, it's a 2 mile walk

The room was fine for one person but it had a small double bed and bunkbed in it. For a family of four, it might have been cramped, esp if you had to spend much time in it. Also, the double bed would have been a bit of a challenge if shared by two people who wee not "petite".

Friendly staff, clean room, beautiful and quiet area. Staff was very helpful, they gave us advice on how to get to the railway station on a Sunday morning. We had dinner twice here and we had excellent food on both occasions. Room was basic but clean and fit to purpose. The area was quiet and stunning, it was worth a walk in its on right.

We had to rebook this place because our original choice of accommodation had cancelled our booking. Originally, we were aiming for something located in the centre of Stratford - this place is a bit outside and we found the bus service scarce and not very reliable (e.g. no buses on Sunday, when we were checking out). Prepare to use Uber/call a taxi if travelling with more luggage. Also, we got a room with two single beds instead of a double, which was a surprise, but not a real issue.

The Breakfast was buffet style, if u wanted scrambled or Poached eggs as it was not on the buffet 4 Breakfast it was not a problem as The chef cooked it for you if you asked. A good choice of Evening Meals scampi, pie, and Hearty meals. All staff are Friendly and Helpful. Very quiet Clean Hotel and a good Bar.Rooms are clean. As you are 2 miles out of Stratford there is a bus stop just across the road buses run every Half hour. Although TAXIS are less than £10 In2 Stratford. Nice outside undercover area. All In all worth Staying.

Would of preferred Tin Tomoto instead of Fresh 4 Breakfast . Although u Ave a great selection of cereals,Juices, etc.
