Everything. The room was a good size and very clean. The bathroom was perfect, the water pressure from the shower was amazing. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Facilities were on point and it was very quiet during our stay. Me and my partner stayed two nights for our wedding anniversary. The little extras that the manager Laura and her team provided were fantastic. The prosecco, the chocolates, snacks and the towel Swan were beautiful. Friendly staff and even the pub regulars were very welcoming and friendly. Cannot praise the manager, Laura, enough. Will definitely be staying again!

Loved everything

The land lady was exceptionally brilliant at her job, we felt as is she welcomed us to her home and nothing was too much trouble, excellent customer service, we arrived as strangers and left as friends. My husband really enjoyed his cooked breakfast, which was cooked extremely well. Our room was perfect, the shower extremely good, everything was spotlessly clean and fresh.nreally can not find anything to moan about. Will definitely be back. First class. We have stayed in 5* hotels and if I’m honest the service we received at Liberal House was definitely up there with the best.

There is really nothing to complain or to be rectified. Service was top notch.

Clean rooms, lovely staff, a great atmosphere in the pub area, fabulous location for snow dome and Drayton manor, low prices on food and drinks at liberal house and many other places near by to eat out within walking distance. Absolutely loved our stay here In room 26 double and room 19 a triple room which had 3 single beds in with plenty of room between each. I would highly recommend liberal house for couples and families.

If I was being really picky I would say an extra pillow and although you can drink as many hot drinks as you like from the main pub area free of charge it would be nice to have a kettle in the bedroom.

Price, staff. Room clean and recently done up. Tea and coffee in the games room 8am-closing. Great for walking along the canal to Nuneaton and Lichfield. No digs, always a + for hygiene.

Beds weren't the most comfy, you need to shut the bathroom door or you may get a bit of a smell. On the ground floor, you may get inconsiderate bikers revving outside, or people smoking,. Annoying if it's warm and you have the window open.

Rooms were clean and tidy, towels provided and good size shower, staff and regulars were friendly, great selection of pub grub and draft/bottles beverages, free tea and coffee in the pool room. We arrived for Karaoke on the Sunday which we had a go at. Plenty of free parking, Tesco shop 100 yards away. Other places to eat nearby if you dont want to eat at the hotel. Outside tables and chairs. Smoking area. Separate coded door if back late or want to go out early

Wifi was a bit hit and miss when we arrived but ok after a few hours. Rooms were very warm but windows could be opened fully so no real hardship.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. With flight delayed we kept in touch and arrived late to a warm welcome which was nice after a long journey. Plenty parking spaces too. Breakfast was great. All staff very helpful if you needed anything. Nice pub with entertainment on at weekends.

Wifi was a bit ropey. Had to keep going outside to get work emails.

The management and staff were awesome, helpful, friendly and down to earth. Rooms were clean, well equipped and spacious. Food was superb. Even the locals were friendly to the guests - real community spirit Had friends join us from other hotels for breakfast due to great reputation.

Phone signal a bit weak (could have been the hot weather) Can't fault anything really

Friendly staff and on booking in, I was dragged into a weird but fun discussion about mushrooms! Was made to feel welcome straight away. Only thing that brought it down a little bit was the broken mirror in the room. Otherwise a top notch stay and great value for money. Thank you

The broken mirror, which was a minor thing, and the breakfast service had been cancelled early one day due to lack of orders, which is understandable. Minor things and I would definitely book here again, and recommend, but can't promise funghi related discussions every time!

Room & Breakfast price was excellent value Room was clean comfy and bathroom was spotless Bar staff where really friendly and helpful and even charged my mobile phone behind the bar Functional, clean and perfect for a work related stop over Business model works and would stay there again on business. Free parking on large carpark. Lots of tradesmen with vans and no height restrictions to carpark.

Nothing - £50 for a 2 person stay is never going to be 5* Have Previously spent more than this on a mini bar :-)
