The room was really well thought out and had a lovely calming feel about it. The bathroom was beautiful and absolutely spotless. There was even a sofa bed in the room so if you had children they could have stayed too. A wonderful little gem and will definitely come again in the future. Also mentioned it to family and friends.

We thought the breakfast was a little disappointing. There were 2 coissants but not enough to accommodate the ham, cheese and the jam! We decided to take the ham and cheese home and made a breakfast with eggs when we got home! A We really liked the idea though and I'm sure for other guests it would have been more than adequate.

Set in a rural location, exactly as described. Small room with ensuite facilities. Cosy (and I imagine cosier in the winter). Breakfast is provided, which is a nice touch. Very friendly staff!

If you wanted to have breakfast in the room, there isn't really space to do that. But on a good day, you can sit outside (which is what we did). Sofa bed not so comfy for sitting, though probably okay for sleeping.

Lovely comfy and clean room.

The continental breakfast was a little disappointing with rubbery supermarket packet croissants, cheap yoghurt and only one choice of cheap tea brand. A little more care with the breakfast would have made the stay perfect. I loved the idea of the continental breakfast but unfortunately it didn't deliver. Fresh croissants, a choice of teas and a bit of fruit or local produce (jam, fruit, biscuits, etc) would have made a real difference.

Location perfect for visiting several National Trust properties and for meeting up with family staying nearby. Quiet, spotlessly clean and spacious, comfy bed and good shower. Continental breakfast provided daily - items left in fridge in the room and had a very good evening meal in the pub next door. Picnic bench situated right outside room and parking easy. Enjoyed our stay and would be more than happy to return. Thank you

The room was very clean and well decorated. The mini fridge with real milk and the breakfast was a lovely bonus. There was plenty of parking and although very near to the pub it was quiet and we slept well.

The only negative was that there was no wifi. We were away for work and it meant that catching up with emails was not possible. There was also no wifi in the pub so it meant travelling elsewhere for dinner.

The Bull Inn Lodges are a terrace of cabins set behind the Bull Inn itself. We think they are separately owned/managed, but the location is great, right in Rolvenden and a minute's walk from the pub which is cosy, hospitable and serves delicious food. The room has a comfy bed, functional modern bathroom, tv, settee, tea and coffee making facilities and little fridge. You're provided with a continental breakfast in your room which we ate sitting outside the following morning.

The only thing I think I would have changed would be to have some bread to go with the continental breakfast. If the weather was cold there isn't really anywhere to eat breakfast inside the room, which might be something to consider.

Location and standard of accommodations was great. Handy for pub to get evening meal. Remotely managed, but easy to get hold of staff member to answer a query.

Could make it clearer, to avoid confusion, that it's not actually anything to do with the adjacent pub. Appreciated effort to leave self-serve breakfast, but it could have done with a bit more substance (bread etc.)

Immaculate room and bathroom. Plenty of hot water for baths and showers. Very adequate continental breakfast. Next door to the Bull Inn where we were able to have a very enjoyable evening meal. Conveniently close to the Benenden hospital where I was having treatment.

The room needs a small table in front of the sofa where you can put cups and plates when you are eating. We managed without but WFi would have been helpful.

The accommodation was in a separate block away from the pub with it's own small car park which was very handy and away from any noise from the pub. The pub itself had a nice feel with lots of seating and good priced pub food including Sunday roast.

The car park for the accommodation was a gravel/dirt car park so made our cars dusty which was a bit of a pain as we were there for a wedding and our cars needed to be clean. However, had we thought about it we could have parked in the pub car park which is tarmac and wouldn't have had the problem. Hindsight is a wonderful thing.

Exceptionally clean. And so lovely interior. Super quiet. pub next door with super food.

Would be more convenient to have check out at 11 like in a most hotels and apartments. always this 1 hour makes a difference in the morning, especially on Sunday. But it’s just my opinion . Apart from that there is nothing I can not like. beautiful place. we will come back here.
