Fantastic apartment. Fantastic kitchen with everything you could possibly think off for your stay. The hosts had thought of everything even down to providing you with dish washer tablets, washing up liquid, an iron and ironing board, a hoover and even put a carton of fresh milk in fridge to go with the complimentary tea, coffee and sugar. Could not fault at all. Lounge area had two electric arm chairs, very comfortable. Loved them. Beds were so comfortable and molded to your body, again these were electric. Bathroom was very clean and modern and was suitable for wheel chair user. Pool was under cover but could be removed to make it an outdoor pool. Again clean and water very warm. Host gave us a demo of how to use pool and covers etc. Even i enjoyed having a few swims in it. 15 yr old son loved having the pool to ourselves/himself on most occaissions and couldnt get him out of it. Also lovely garden terrace around pool area. Hosts were lovely and friendly and very helpful with giving tips and short cuts around the area. Excellent location 5 mins walk to train station and with the hosts tips on short cuts we were able to walk to the see front in approx 10 mins. 5 minute walk to local co op. Will be returning for sure.

Wonderful apartment with all the facilities required for a fabulous self catering holiday. Everything is provided, such as tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid towels etc etc. All suites are themed on a historic person of interest and are decorated in keeping, lots of quirky and interesting additions to each apartment makes each one unique in its own way! A fab addition for us was the indoor pool as we were able to go for a quick swim regardless of the damp weather. Nice location in a quiet area, a short walk to the train station and seafront. A big thumbs up from us 👍🏼 last but not least... Tracey and Tony were wonderful host's!

Comfort - Very comfy beds and the apartment has everything you need for a self-catering holiday. Hosts - Lots of tips about the neighbourhood and recommended sights to see/activities to do from the lovely and accommodating hosts.

Location - The apartments are at a short walking distance from the train station (about 10-15 minutes) however, they are situated on a hill so it's best to drive/take a taxi for people with limited mobility. Shower - I was hoping the shower could be stronger and it's not possible to take the shower head down.

Friendly approachable owners, Tony & Trace happy to help. They explained everything with reference the apartment, how the appliances worked, how to recycle all waste & the rules of the swimming pool. Also helped us with directions to town & beach. Anything we needed they were happy to help. Another bonus was the free parking - we didn’t have to use our car easy walking distance to shops & beach ect.

Met by Tony who showed us around. Lovely covered, heated swimming pool which we used every day. Lovely, well furnished apartment, Dickens, living room-diner and separate bedroom leading to ensuite shower room. Apartment was very clean and contained everything we needed including a nightlight in the shower room, great addition. Ideal location for travelling the area but within easy walking distance to Torquay centre or about 40 minute walk to nearby Paignton. Highly recommended for a stress free, relaxing break with great hosts.

The apartment was spotless clean it had everything you would need for self catering.We were met by Tony who told us everything about the apartment also directions to places,he was a very nice host,couldn't have been anymore helpful,made us feel very welcome,his wife Tracey was also a lovely lady. The pool was so nice we used it a few times it was heated. Would like to thank Tony and Tracey for making our break so enjoyable. Would recommend the apartments,the area is beautiful.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, the kitchen equipment excellent, beds comfortable and rooms lovely and dark with curtains closed, location was quiet and parking right next to apartment. The bathrooms were immaculate and well planned. The swimming pool was beautiful and a great bonus to our stay we used it every day. The main shops and beaches were all withing walking distance and also the beautiful village of Cockington which is well worth a visit.

For us with a push chair the location at the top of a long hill was not ideal but manageable if we planned the day and only had one trip down in the morning and one back in the evening. We could have obviously used the car. This would not put us off visiting again as everything else was perfect.

Tony and Stacey were lovely hosts whose hospitality was unmatched. The apartment was absolutely amazing with everything that we needed and perfectly situated about a 10 minute walk from the harbour. Will definitely be coming back here. The covered heated swimming pool was also spectacularly delightful and the perfect way to end off a busy day of exploring beautiful Torquay. 10 out of 10 accommodation.

WOW - this place is amazing, the hosts are lovely. The rooms are spacious and mega comfortable. The mega big bedroom & bed - the high ceilings are awesome. The sofa is comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The pool was marvellous especially after walking around for the day enjoying Torquay. A home from home - Highly recommended :-0

I cannot say anything I did not like - I can only say this was a great find for our trip and I will definitely recommend it to family & friends.

Very quiet location, but close to some good places to eat. Quick to get to the seafront and amenities on foot. Easy parking on site. Lovely pool for guests. Facilities inside the apartment were great with Washing machine, Dish washer, Oven, Hob, Fridge freezer and good amount of preparation area. Bath room was very smart and the shower worked well with wet room style floor (no step). Views from windows were over other property and with good light, being situated on a hill, our apartment had a balcony with seating and a large door for access. A good breeze flowed from the rear to front of the property keeping it cool on the hot days we spent there. The rooms were themed after famous people and we liked this.

I would like Air Con, but in this case it was not necessary. Very little else was wrong and we would stay here again.
