Me and my partner was in bad way as the hotel we booked previously phoned us on the day we whilst we travelling and disappointedly told us that they had over booked us and we had no room ..so you can just imagine our thoughts absolutely disappointed and having a panic we endured as we already enroute .so Thank God for the Internet and of course came up with your hotel at this time we just something to lay our heads as we needed this break away which has been planned for months...so we were Thankful your company could accommodate us...yes for money value room and breakfast was not up to our standard...but staff were absolutely helpful snd credit to your business...The parking xnd Internet 10/10...keep up the good work.

Bathroom needs a bit of tender loving care...curtains hanging off rails, shower and bath needs grouting...ceiling had a few tiles missing and walls could do with a new coat of paint...and bed and pillows not up to our standard but still had a sleep with aches ...but didn't tarnish our stay....and will definitely be returning as the location of your hotel...Perfect...Thankyou.

Friendly atmosphere,food was lovely could order what you like.tgere was entertaininment

Banging doors,people let room signs on doors would be good telling people not to slam the doors,as people let doors slam which shook the rooms,no blinds in bathroom people could see from the hotel opposite.

Lovely hotel with a lot to offer, espicially for entertainment, room was very spacious and in immaculate condition.

Wish there was better signs that point to the entrance.

Excellent location. Room was so much better than expected after reading the reviews on arrival we were greeted by a lovely young man at reception who checked us in really quickly told us about facilities so helpful, on giving us the card for our room he explained our room had a balcony and gave us the keys so we could open doors which was very helpful during the heatwave. Bed was very comfortable and a great shower and bathroom space.

Carpets could do with being replaced.

The location was absolutely perfect, close to the seafront, theatre and just a short walk from town!

The room was so hot and we even turned the radiator off

Absolutely fantastic room with a spectacular view overlooking the bay . Hotel was very clean . Staff were really friendly and helpful . Free car park was a bonus . We only had breakfast which was very nice and cooked fresh .

One lift out of order which was the side near our room . Didn’t like the coffee with breakfast ( but that’s a personal choice ! )

Everything was what you’d expect from a 5* hotel. Staff were great and the whole hotel was squeaky clean. Will be staying again the next time I am down. A special shout for the night team on the bar. Both were excellent and very attentive and resolved a misunderstanding very quickly and satisfactory. That alone made me want to stay again. See you soon.

A large car park so able to park in the hotel car park without any problems.

Because it was owned by Alfa travel, the coach travel guests were treated as priority especially during meals.

The staff were very welcoming. The hotel was neat and tidy Breakfast was higher than my expectations

The creaky floors Squeaky stairs The tv had very bad connection and took too long to turn on

We had a sea room which was unexpected so I was very happy.

Bedroom carpet could of been cleaner found dead fly & dirt. Entrance to the bar smelt like wet dog, horrible smell.
