This hotel is truly a wonderful place for a vacation! It is located in a perfect location, right in front of a beautiful beach. The   rooms are clean and decent. The breakfast is plentiful and delightful. The owner is very kind and courteous. The only negative aspects are the lack of parking in front of the hotel (you have to park a few streets away) and the absence of a garden or bench in front of the hotel. However, the place is definitely worth recommending. We will definitely come back there someday!

Fabulous hostess and characterful rooms and decor. The location was perfect, right near the beach and easy walking into the lovely seaside town of Weymouth. The hostess was friendly and helpful and made my stay memorable. Breakfasts were fantastic with everything you would expect with a full English. Loved the place.

It’s a great property

Lovely greeting from Penny who explained the B&B format and our location, parking etc. The breakfast (full english) was excellent, service was quick, nothing too much trouble. The decor is very unusual, bright, positive colours which made the stay feel warm and comfortable. Our room was supplied with every comfort. Canadian host Penny is a breath of fresh air, she made us feel very much at home and has such a positive attitude. Brilliant stay, thanks Penny.

Not dislike, but perhaps a little more room on the table,lol . I had to move things around to get all the plates, cups etc for a little extra room. Minor detail which did nothing to detract from the enjoyment.

The breakfast was delicious. Penny, the host and owner, is incredibly hospitable. The house is well decorated and looked after.

The only thing I can say is that the traffic noise from the main road at the front of the property disturbed some of my sleep but that is not the guest houses fault, some cheap ear plugs will solve that

Penny was an excellent host. The property was well situated for our needs and we were made to feel welcome. Facilities were excellent and even a fan for the hot weather. Breakfast was personal and always fresh to order from a varied menu and good value.

We were in the top room, a steep flight of stairs awaited every trip but this is well documented in the pre-booking info so not a surprise and didnt spoil things for us although not suitable for those with mobility issues.

Lovely host, Penny, with warm welcome, always smiling with good sense of humour & doing everything to make our stay enjoyable. We had a large, cosy room with en-suite bathroom, and felt no need for special Covid measures

Not the fault of the B&B, and as previously staying in a similar location, our front room overlooked the main road which was noisy of an evening and from about 5am. Otherwise there was really nothing to dislike.

Treated my Daughter and her Partner to.a nice weekend in Weymouth as a Birthday treat. Penny a accommodated my requests easily and the communication was excellent. They had a wonderful stay. Loved the breakfast and the rooms, location was spot on. Thank you

Warm and very friendly welcome and absolutely excellent service. Great host. Great breakfast and had so many laughs. Despite unforseen circumstances due to a friend taken ill penny was a really caring person and asked about our friend. We will be back again and would fully recommend her without hesitation. 1000 % lovely person. Xx

perfect location, 5 minutes walk from the train station and 2 minutes from the beach, a quiet pub just around the corner, excellent italian restaurant along the road

cheap beans or maybe just kept warm for too long but the seeded toast made up for them

Penny was great and attentive and an all round great host. The breakfast was very good with a nice selection of fresh summer fruits. Also, there was a selection of fruit and some candy to choose throughout the day if you got peckish. This was a nice touch. The rooms and beds were comfortable and well maintained with tea and coffee making facilities.

On the website when we booked, it did say free parking was available, but there was not. We had to park far away to get parking. So the booking information needs to be adjusted to state that. The lack of parking was not the hosts fault though. Parking is an issue in Weymouth, and the town council are trying to funnel tourists into nearby edge of town parking facilities. It seemed I was always hunting for parking, and paying a lot for it. So be warned that if you are a first time traveler to Weymouth, parking is an issue. However, there is a great Phone app called JustPark where you can add hours to your ticket remotely without having to travel back to the car to put coins in a meter!
