Excellent breakfast. Lovely host's and really enjoyed the Lawrence of Arabia history and memorabilia. Highly recommend and would stay again when visiting family in Weymouth. Location on the Esplanade also great for a holiday. Local parking also not a problem.
Can't think of anything that I disliked. They even had a lift which was ideal for my 89 year old mother.

The hosts of the hotel are a lovely couple who couldnt do enough for us to make sure we had a perfect stay. They are so friendly and knowledgeable about the theme of their hotel, but also go out of their way to make you feel welcome. We had a full english breakfast every day but there were alternatives available. It was one of the nicest hotel breakfasts Ive ever had and Theresa the host & chef always came out to wish us good morning and to ask if everything was ok. They had a lovely waitress called Kacey who was chatty and pleasant.
Cant think of anything not to like. Dont expect a modern hotel, it is old fashioned but quirky and very clean.

Very welcoming hosts who happily shared their knowledge of the local area. Their hotel is a homage to T. E Lawrence, full of interesting artefacts and articles. The rooms are themed accordingly. The comfortable upstairs sittingroom overlooks the beach and there are even binoculars availablle to scan the horizon! The linen is of excellent quality, toiletries are provided and the beds are extremely comfy. Breakfast was fabulous and cooked to order with plenty of choice. Richard and Theresa have put a great deal of thought, care and attention to detail into providing a unique environmemt for their hotel guests.

The reason I said the price didnt match my expectations was because it far exceeded them! The breakfast was amongst the best I've had when I've stayed in accommodation. The location is perfect a few hundred metres from the railway station and bus stops. Directly on the sea front with gorgeous views. Delightful, welcoming and such kind hosts and team. Make sure to visit the bar space, hopefully they will have a licence soon, it is lovely. The property is themed along the life of TE Lawrence and his family. And I was quite surprised to be faced by what I almost mistook as a man riding his motorbike towards me in the entrance, but a second glance reassured me that it was a print! Made me laugh at myself after a stressful week. Part of me doesn't want ro leave such a glowing review because I would love it to be a hidden gem. However it would be highly unfair to the venue and the team to be less than fair in my review! I want to thank Richard and Theresa for being lovely hosts.
It was so lovely I have nothing adverse from my point of view.

Grand location. Good size room. Great views from the dining room. Breakfast ok. Family run business it seemed. Good memories and family are linked to the actual Lawrence of Arabia. Amazing stories from the landlady herself. Walking distance to the amazing sandy beach and high streets.
Very small TV and it’s not easy to watch it from the corner of the room. Lovely bathroom, very clean. Breakfast took a bit long but also start from 09am but it was not at all negative. Could do with some air fresheners around the place to refresh the corridors but it’s not at all an issue as we used it for sleep only.

Such a gem, my wife and I really hadn't thought beyond 'great, we've got a room', but from the moment we turned up until leaving the experience was more than we could have imagined. The owners are fantastic people who have curated an amazingly interesting hotel. They are great conversation and very thoughtful, going out of their way to help you. It's the kind of place that when you go out of the front door to do your plans you feel a bit like maybe you should just stay there and hang out instead. Beautiful Georgian building with the most amazing sea view, great at breakfast. And a great breakfast. Thanks very much, sorry it took a couple of months to leave a review, see you again.

Great location on the seafront. We were greeted by the owner who checked us in very quickly and told us we had room 8, their best room. On entering the room the first thing that hits you is the view. Double windows out over Weymouth bay which on New Years eve lunchtime was quite still and very picturesque. The room was well laid out and had everything we needed including a handy little fridge. Bed was extremely comfortable and a great size too. The room was a bit chilly and we found out the next morning, the hotel is still a work in progress and the heating needs some work. We asked the owner for a heater which he very quickly produced and we were sorted. Following morning we went for breakfast and were offered a nice bucks fizz, as it was New Years day, a very nice touch indeed. The breakfast menu was varied but my advice would be go for the full English, it was superb. The owners are friendly, welcoming and extremely keen to develop their hotel and the plans they spoke about will really push it up a notch. A quirky theme to the hotel made for interesting reading but does that make their target audience slightly more limited, probably but that's not a bad thing. Anyway in closing, a nice little hotel and with its location a very good choice in Weymouth.
Not didn't like, that would be very unfair. Parking in Weymouth is pretty much all paid parking but at this time of year, was not an issue, however high season would be a bit more challenging. There is absolutely nothing that the owners can do about it, so don't moan about it! They have a side road next to the hotel, where you can unload your stuff before you go off searching for a space, so its better than most.

Perfectly located on the seafront, a four-minute walk from the railway station, this is a charming, quirky and well-appointed themed B&B. Our hosts, passionate historians of Lawrence of Arabia, could not have been more welcoming, or generous in sharing their knowledge. Our room was spotless, bed comfortable and shower strong. We enjoyed lounging in the palm-filled, Art Deco lounge bar upstairs, to a 1930s soundtrack, and the Arab-inspired breakfast option, featuring cheese baked with honey and zatar, was a revelation.

Breakfast was perfectly cooked and plentiful. We especially liked the provision of fresh strawberries and blueberries. The rooms are clean with sea views in both the rooms and common parts. Anyone with an interest in Lawrence of Arabia will be blown away by the memorabilia. But even those without the slightest interest should be impressed by the attention to detail. The couple running the Hotel are extremely knowledgeable and only too glad to chat and talk about what is for them both a hobby and a business. Make no no mistake this is a very quirkly hotel. But in the nicest possible way. We loved the period furniture in every room and the common parts.
Making a box of the bathroom is maybe a little too claustrophobic. An open plan approach might serve better for the rooms still to be completed.

The Hotel was very quaint and full of 1920s memorabilia ,the owners were lovely and very attentive ,they are still in the process of refurbishing the whole hotel and fitting it with a bar in the stunning guest lounge in the future which will really benefit it,the lounge has three tall French windows that lead out on to the balcony with lovely views of the sea ,the breakfast was really good lots of choices and plenty of it ,all in all it was a lovely place and we would go back there maybe when the bar is finished
The room while lovely and clean was a bit small no where to sit,and quiet noisy late at night from night time revellers in the street, but we did have the window open as it was warm but they do provide a fan .
