Hotel was nice and clean. Didn’t actually see or speak to any staff as it’s a key lock box on arrival. The shower in the room we stayed was incredible and lovely soft towels that were actually big enough to cover everything! Room had biscuits, tea and coffee in and there were baskets in the corridor to help yourselves if you ran out. Very enjoyable stay and would recommend!

Parking was quite tricky. One of us had to stay on double yellows while the other ran in and got the car parking permit. Then took us several trips round the block to find somewhere to park. Obviously nothing the hotel can do about this but was the only negative of the stay.

Accommodation. Excellent location, very clean and comfortable. Tea/coffee plenty. Nothing to complain about. Easy to find and instruction easy to follow. Very few negatives.

Very few negatives. Wifi not available in the top floor. The toilet take approximately 15 minutes to refill in between flushes. Not convenient when waiting to go go out or retire for the night. Would have been better if informed the room was at the top of the building with no other access other than stairs. I am 73 and my partner is disabled. I should have informed yourselves about this. Would we stay again.  YES in a lower room

It was a nice hotel. We didn't see any staff but check in was very well communicated and they were wonderful on the phone. We had a great stay and a nice view of the Abbey. We were o ly here for a night this time but will probably stay here again when we return.

Not the hotels fault but we accidentally turned up during a busy weekend. A few people were a bit loud when getting to their rooms and we could hear a lot of footsteps and creaks. These were a tiny problem in reality. It's a beautiful home converted into a guest house for us to enjoy. Didn't ruin our stay at all.

Good location. Simple and very clean accommodation . Newly refurbished. Nice decor. Excellent and responsive manager.

No hot water in a couple of rooms. No shampoo or conditioner but both were sorted the next day. Main stairway carpet could do with replacing as a contrast to the newly refurbished rooms . Paid the same price for 12m2 as family who had much larger bedrooms. Although their’s were very good value. So get the 20 m squared ones.

Everything. Very clean, beds were comfy, which is a first for me as I suffer back issues. The room was a lot bigger than it looked in pictures. Temperature was perfect, not hot, not cold. En suite was very clean and good instructions on key access. Will definitely return and recommend

Nothing, it is exactly as advertised. The only minor issue was the bedroom doors as they are a bit sqeaky, which makes it hard to be courteous to other visitors if you are late in/out, but nothing some WD40 wouldn't fix.

Perfect location. Literally a couple of minutes walk from everything. Was perfect for a few nights stay :) 1st time experiencing a hotel where you have to ect your own key from a lock box but it worked! Instructions provided were super clear so no confusion at all.

TV in the Room (8) didn't seem to work. [Not the hotels fault] but parking nearby was a bit awkward. Took a few drives around the nearby zones to find a space.

Well decorated clean room on the first floor very near to whale bone arch on west cliff instructions sent for key safe check in which I found easy parking permit on the bed. Lounge area to use downstairs if required tea and coffee in our room. Toiletries provided in the bathroom

We were in room 4 the view was the back lane of the property (someone has to have it) didn't see any staff during our stay but good instructions left fot check in

The location was great, the beds were really comfy. Lovely room. Didn't meet many staff, however the young lad I met was very welcoming and helpful. Towels were large and fluffy.... just perfect!

I was there for work. My room was on 3rd floor the WiFi wouldn't connect when i was in the room, only managed to get connected when i was on the ground floor.

lovely property, and looks like it’s been recently renovated. clean and tidy and great location. bed very comfortable and slept very well.

stayed in room 8. could do with a shelf in the bathroom, also there is nowhere to hang clothes. would like if they did breakfast too.

Only issue our room was very small should be for a single you walk straight into the bed soon as you walk threw door .we paid same as others guest who we came away with who stayed in room 5 and 6 and there had plenty of space but every thing else was good.
