The room was lovely and spacious. Plenty of kitchen utensils even a stove. The view was stunning as it overlooked the sea.

Unfortunately during our stay there was a bit of a commotion from the people staying in the room above us which from the sounds of it became physical after this there was a lot of stomping around. This happened around 8pm and lasted until 11pm apart from this there were no issues. Though this isn't the accommodations fault we were just unlucky.

- not much to dislike, very good value for money and good amenities. One would have to be careful as some of the flooring is quite uneven - quite a bit of audible noise at night from neighbouring properties but not much of an issue of the house itself. - really early check out time

Very clean and comfortable in a good accessible location. Easy to check yourself in with key codes. Good all round communication with address and access codes. Pet friendly too would definitely use again.

Room was very clean, comfortable and spacious.

There was no washing up facilities other than bathroom sink. As the bathroom sink was the only sink in the apartment, one couldn't help wonder why it was so small. The bathroom was very spacious so a large sink is practical. Or at least a sink the kettle could fit under. Also a towel rail would be useful. Didn't like the fact that the TV had to be turned on to use wifi Inconvenient and annoying. Parking facilities confusing. Do not advertise parking on the booking site for there not to be any, even though there was a parking for the accommodation (huge sign to say permit needed) This facility was none existent.

General cleanliness, comfortable

Towels were smelly, we had to go and buy some, contact for assistance none existant, I emailed and messaged prior to arrival but have yet to receive a reply.

I loved this mini suite and we will absolutely look to stay here again if we come back to Whitby. It's spacious, well equipped and is tastefully decorated. The view was also amazing! Has a lovely cosy feel to it. They've kept the old sash windows as these are beautiful old buildings but they've put double glazing on the inside so it's very quiet and also warm.

If there was anything it's just nit picking really, as we were really happy with the accommodation and it exceeded our expectations. Some small things; no tea towel for drying pots, so we had to use a hand towel that was meant for the bathroom. The kitchen bin didn't close so we had to wedge it closed...it's not pleasant to have a kitchen bin open in a living room (as the living room and kitchen were one room). Just small things and certainly would not stop ius visiting again!

Very central location, lovely large living area, convenient keyless access to property, able to get free parking approx half a mile walk away, lovely sea view (shame about the scaffolding!)

Not given the actual address or pictures of the accommodation until day before - on line just shows selection of their rooms so not really sure what we were getting until arrived. The bathroom was very cramped and the entrance in to the shower was very narrow - it was fine for us but I think people of a larger size might not be able to get in to the shower at all. Was also very narrow to get around the bed to the other side. The outer bedroom window was stuck open but nice weather so not an issue for us.

First of all, my partner and I loved the accommodation. It was incredibly cosy, the bed was great, soft and comfortable. The two chairs in front of the bed were really soft too, so we were really spoilt for choice when we wanted to rest. The inclusion of a fridge, microwave, toaster, and stove top, really made it easy for my partner and I to eat food that wasn't just from a takeaway/café. The room was always a pleasant temperature and it really made us feel at home while we were there.

There was only 1 thing we didn't like. The floorboards were really creaky, almost every step made the floor creak loudly, I don't think there were occupants below us, but my partner and I had to make sure we were stepping carefully just in case.

I loved the cleanliness of the room , bed sooooo comfortable plus the nearness to the town ,right on top of it ,had everything I needed

I did make a complaint about guests who were there Mon & Tues, room 5 above me was so noisy ,after midnight ,heavy footed ,plus dragging god knows what across room,room 3 next to me,a couple having row on Tuesday night till late ,died down by 12 (I hardly slept Tues night because of room 5) but the bloke was so loud anyway even on Mon night when I was tired from.long journey , I suggested to who I emailed maybe put little notices up in rooms for guests to consider others .

Good value and location particularly given my partner and I attended an event at the Pavilion

I felt that the facilities could have been clearer online particularly relating to the private parking. I was told that parking was at the back but having travelled round the back I ended up on another street. I had to phone the number to be advised that there was access through an archway accessible from adjacent streets. Fortunately I managed to make contact immediately. Having parked up I then discovered that access via the back door was disabled so had to move a fair amount of luggage a good distance or go back to the front and run the risk of parking illegally
