Room recently beautifully decorated and modern facilities. Massive bed super king? Accessible shower and lovely toiletries supplied. Fantastic cooked breakfast with vege options included in room price. Fluffy large white bath towels. Room was lovely and quiet. The new owners have been in approx four weeks and couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Coffee machine and espresso pods and small table top fridge provided with fresh milk. I dont have caffeine and the lovely cleaner provided decaff sachets for me. Lovely roaring fires in main part of pub. Had a couple of meals from their new menu

Piped music not to our taste very 70s! They are in the process of sorting sound system out I believe and will be sorting new play list out. A number of small snags in the bedroom which need repairs door handle, toilet roll holder etc owners are aware and in process of fixing. Builders still decorating some rooms on site but are very quiet and unobtrusive.

Glad we did not take any notice of old reviews pre February 2024 as the new owners, Tom and Rob, could not do enough to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. All the staff were really pleasant and friendly. The breakfasts were exceptional with plenty of choice. The walk in shower was really big with a fantastic overhead rain shower. No waiting for hot water either. Loved the luxurious bath sheets. Location was great for visiting various tourist spots and picturesque villages.

The room was spacious, modern,light and warm.The bonus was having outdoor space if the weather was good. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower area with rainforest shower head . The bed was very wide and very comfortable with crisp fresh bedding and a choice of pillow. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and there was a wide choice of dishes.

It would have been nice to have more choice of lighter meals on the evening for those with smaller appetites.

Staff was great, very helpful. The restaurant and Bar had excellent food and friendly, comfortable environment to hang out. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and we especially loved the heated floors in the bathroom! I would highly recommend this place👍

Thought slightly limited with cereal choice, all the cooked breakfasts were delicious.

Our room at the inn only had hangers on hooks and no wardrobe so not enough space for clothes for both guests. Only blind at window which broke, could do with blackout curtains. Bedroom window not double glazed so very noisy when planes fly over. No fan in room or full length mirror. Only one drawer for two peoples clothes.

The location was convenient to many towns yet seemed peacefully secluded. The room we stayed in was large for our family of four. The bath was also really spacious with an excellent shower. The breakfast was so delicious; our server even brought steamed milk for our French press coffee. Also we had dinner in the restaurant which served the best fish and chips we have had in our travels! Finally the price was better than expected and can only be because it is not located in Burford, not 10 minutes away. Overall I give this property a 10!

I cannot think of anything we did not love

Easy parking on property and easy to find. A quiet rural location but lots to do and see in the general area with a car. Bed was large, room spacious and well appointed. Meals were good and staff welcoming and helpful.

Water temp in shower rather difficult to control and it could be extremely hot. A small caution sign could be enlarged or more prominently placed.

Super comfortable room, with high quality finishes everywhere. Lovely touches like a mini fridge with fresh milk and canned water. Good lighting, and comfortable bed. Excellent, high quality breakfast and amazing country pub to spend an evening.

That I couldn't stay longer. Every aspect was lovely.

We stayed as a group of 6 for a 50th birthday celebration and from the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming, warm and always available. We were able to decorate an area adjacent to the reception with balloons etc in readiness for the birthday celebrations and a member of the team was always available to any any queries or to take orders for drinks the rooms were very comfortable and had everything necessary for a short stay we had dinner on one of the nights we stayed and all was excellent including the free birthday dessert 😊 Five Alls is in an excellent location for all the area has to get. I would not hesitate to return and would fully recommend to family and friends thank you once again for a fabulous weekend!

Very pleasant stay. Lovely open fire place at the reception area which we enjoyed thoroughly. Staff was exceptional and very helpful. Very polite. Nice room. Very comfortable bed. Good location in a small stunning village. We had dinner there and the food was delicious. I would stay there again

If I have to nit pick, the toilet seat was too small for the toilet and one of the walls could do with re-painting.
