Fantastic stay at a beautiful property in a gorgeous village. The twin room was spacious and spotlessly clean, the fixtures and fittings were of a very high standard. The bed was so comfy with plenty of pillows and a lovely throw for the colder nights. The hotel states no parking on the details but over the 3 nights we were there we never had any problems parking just outside the hotel on the main streets, always within view of our window. We will definitely be staying here every time we visit family

There is nothing I didn’t like!

Sadly I never got to try the breakfast as I left the hotel too early every morning, but the food in the evenings was exceptional and great value. The staff were particularly amazing, as a solo traveller they made me feel very welcome. The village of Bampton is a lovely location too, shops nearby and close to where I needed to be.

If I was to be really critical, i would say I wish there was some proper parking. It was sometimes a bit of a game trying to find where to park at the end of a day. But it seems no one minds where you park in the street anyway ! As long as it is legal !

Everything about our stay was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, our room was comfortable and absolutely spotless! Breakfast was delicious and filling (the croissants are massive and delicious!). We had dinner in the bistro one night, the food was beautifully cooked, and the wine recommendations were lovely and complimented our food really well. The staff were very attentive yet not 'in your face', happy to chat when we wanted to and made us feel very at home. We had a really lovely time :-)

This place is a little gem. Booked last minute as decided to stay over after a concert at Blenheim Palace. Fleur De Lys is in great location - really picture postcard. The room was beautifully and tastefully decorated to a high standard with great attention to detail We overlooked the garden which even has a Boules court..!! We had lunch in the restaurant downstairs. Supurb, delicious - great presentation and highly recommend the soul meuniere and tarte tatin. Breakfast was great - - lovely hot croissants. Looking forward to our next stay. .

They have done a beautiful job in the Qaulity and choice of decor, a lovely relaxing bistro with a nice choice from the menu. The staff were so welcoming, friendly, polite and helpful. The bedrooms have also been exquisitely prepared, with a wonderful comfortable bed, furniture French themed,and everything spotlessly clean. The garden area has also been created with a French feel to it, so relaxing to enjoy a few drinks in, will definitely be returning in the future

Friendly and welcoming staff ,good communications pre arrival, lovely room , pretty garden and outside drinks area ...good ambience in the Bistro with fabulous menu and food .Great commitment and engagement from the owner Olivier, and key staff Sean and Ellie to make this new venture in this beautiful Cotswold town a success, which it is already well on the way to being. We will be back as there are so many interesting places to visit in the surrounding area too.

Beautiful, comfortable, well-equiped luxurious rooms. Spending the night was a treat, glad we ended our stay in the UK with it! The combination with a high quality pub, bistro and breakfast venue is amazing, as is the pleasant terrace and garden at the back. Kind, dedicated staff and management with a clear and refreshing vision on hospitality and food.

We could imagine the rooms to be quite warm after a hot summer's day.

The hotel is located in a lovely village. Parking is on the road, no problem, there were several free places. Check-in was easy, staff are helpful, pleasant and polite. The room was incredible, we were upgraded to the deluxe room, tastefully furnished and decorated. Large room, seating area and high spec bathroom which included roll top bath. We wished we stayed for a longer time. Hope to return.

The whole building was immaculate. Beautiful bathroom fittings, real quality. Superb breakfast. Very friendly staff. Dog friendly. Great walks for the dog. I loved the French ambience of the whole place. Ideally placed for Kelmscott Manor.

Nothing really. The building was recently refurbished to a high quality. We had an excellent stay thank you.

Lovely decor, still smells new and fresh!! Creme brulee and chocolate mousse delicious! Huuuuge bed! Although breakfast not available at hotel, fully compensated with a free room upgrade and breakfast in the next door cafe paid for! Amazing customer service and communication.

The toilet flush in bedroom wasn’t great. Shower not the most powerful.
