I was really nervous about my stay after reading previous reviews about the rooms being cold and the shower not working, but everything turned out to be fantastic! The room was warm - heating was on and could be adjusted and additionally, there was also an extra heater that could be plugged, but the room was warm enough. The shower had warm water. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. I appreciated the hosts gave me a room as lower level as possible since I had a lot of luggage and it was hard to get over the steps. They did help with it when I came but in the morning the reception wasn't opened yet. The room was very welcoming - the bathroom had all necessities from plenty of towels to shower gel and shampoo. There was also tea bags and biscuits and I bought myself a lemonade from the bar. Overall I was very pleased with my stay, definitely excellent for a one night stay. I would recommend and return to it for sure if needed to fly from Leeds Airport, also compared to a different place I tried around. Staff also friendly.

I wanted to touch on the noise subject since I know it's also mentioned - yes, unfortunately you can hear everyone leaving in the morning (5 am), but I was already awake so it didn't bother me as much. Area around the location isn't lit, so when you leave in the morning through the back it feels rather dark while you make your way to the front. Price wise, I was on my own, so I felt it was a bit much for one person.

Located very near to the Yeadon Town Hall Theatre where we were attending a comedy show. Very comfortable room with ensuite. The White Swan serves food from lunch onward but not breakfast, however there are at least two cafe's within easy walking distance both serving recommended excellent food. One venue we can personally vouch for and have no doubts the other would be as good. (spoilt for choice) After the show and back to the bar for a quiet nightcap in very comfortable bar area served by excellent attentive bar staff. Followed by a great nights sleep. Will be following the future acts at the Theatre and making the White Swan my go-to accomodation.

Arrived at the White Swan after a very early morning flight and traveling all night. We were in Leeds for a family funeral. Staff were so lovely. Let us sit in the bar area while our room was being prepared. Then let us into our room early so we could get a sleep before we had to attend the funeral. Beds were so comfy and we had two great nights sleep. Plenty of tea/coffee/milk and kettle in the room which was a lovely addition. Plenty of cafes a short walk away for Breakfast. Close to airport with airport flyer bus A2/A3 bus stop a couple of minutes away. Would highly recommend.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The food at the pub was delicious with large portions. There was plenty of parking and the room was comfortable. Ideally located for the airport. Always nice to stay in a local pub rather than a big chain hotel.

We had an attic room and the velux window didn't have a blind. It didn't bother us with it being short daylight hours but mentioning it because it might be an issue for someone who was very light sensitive or in summer when the daylight hours are much longer.

The room was spotlessly clean, it has everything you needed, shower had a good pressure, very convenient for the airport. We had a lovely meal in the pub. Departing early in the morning when the pub was shut was easy.

The room was directly above the bar and you could hear music and people talking. As a weekday night it quietened down at 9.30, and a staff member very kindly turned the music down when we asked as we were off to bed - thanks, this was really appreciated. For us, the duvet was very hot, but everyone has different preferences l.

We chose to stay here due to us needing to get to the airport early the following morning! The location was great, we were just a 2 minute drive! Considering the room was above the bar it was lovely and quiet, you couldn't hear a thing from downstairs! The staff were all very lovely and helpful during our stay and we had dinner in the restaurant and the food was incredible! I cannot fault this place, and I'd love to come back.

This place is a godsend to anyone travelling to Leeds Bradford Airport, which was our reason for staying.. It's a 5 min drive to the airport, easy to find and free overnight parking. We ate at the White swan and our meals were very good, I am vegan and my partner not -we both really enjoyed our meals (we both had mushrooms on ciabatta as starter (his had an egg, mine didnt), for mains I had vegan sausage and mash, my oh had pie of the day - both very well presented, lots of flavours - 10/10).. Decor, facilities, attention to detail (lots of hooks in the bathroom, charging points near the bed, for example) was all excellent. The place has been recently renovated - it looks great, everything to a high standard, very clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly, and clearly have the intention to make your stay a pleasant one.

We were there for only one night because we had a very early flight. It's apparently often used by people with early flights from Leeds Bradford airport, which is an easy 20-minute walk away (or a short bus ride). It was clean, comfortable, generically decorated, just a standard useful hotel in a convenient location. The lady who checked me in was very friendly and helped carry luggage upstairs, which was very nice.

The food was relatively bland and there was a village fete in the field right behind the pub, so there was pounding music and screaming until quite late, but this wasn't their fault, of course. So we didn't really have enough of an experience to judge one way or another. It was fine.

Close to the airport. Comfortable bed and cosy bedding. Easy check in and check out. Free spacious car park. Overall alright for a one night stay before early departure.

It's a bit noisy being next to the road, however it was quiet at night. Noisy shower and vent in the bathroom. The shower cabin could be bigger. Room was not very warm, but there is a small radiator you can plug in and use. Lights a bit dark.

Very clean and very warm. I was relieved that the key holder had one key for the external door - got outside for breakfast, for a second I was terrified I couldn’t get in. I managed though due to the key -thank you.

Early in the morning nobody answered the emergency no. Not even later on. On the key chain it would help you have labels for the outside door. Otherwise you’re doing a good job, thanks.
