It was easy to park though make sure you park in the correct area for the Ibis and put your car details in carefully at reception. The location was perfect for Saltaire Beer Festival which was the reason for our stay. It is also a very pleasant walk along the canal towpath to Saltaire Village which is a World Heritage Site. The staff are always lovely here and gave us a few tips to make future visits better. We have stayed here many times and have never had a problem. We don't get the breakfast as we take our own or go and get food locally. There's plenty of choice. Wifi was good and bed was ok. Hotel is not far from railway station and there is a regular service to Leeds and Skipton.

Nothing we didn't really like but there was a crack in the floor of the shower but it didn't affect using the shower. It's getting close to time for a facelift for the hotel but you can't beat it for price and location. We would have liked a litter bin under where the tea making facilities were. There was only one in the bathroom and as we decided not to have our room serviced it did get quite full.

Lovely hotel. Second time we've been. The location is perfect. Room was lovely and warm despite the freezing cold temperatures. Room has everything you could need. Really can't fault it for the price. The staff were friendly. There is loads to do nearby so a perfect location. Will definitely return just wouldn't stop for breakfast which is a shame as its convenient.

The quality of the breakfast was not great. The cooked breakfast would be so much better with decent quality ingredients. All the warm foods were dry and tasteless.

The room overlooked the local canal and towpath, covered with beautiful trees lining the towpath. There was enough space to allow the view to incorporate the local canal boats and the local area is an array of local shops, eating places and other delights. Everything is centrally located and the hotel is so well placed. Everything was exceptional at the hotel and although we had one minor complaint, the staff are what made the experience. They are fantastic, and the location is the location but the staff really do excel and made our stay the most enjoyable and one place to return to.

There was a slight issue with the room, we addressed it with the staff and this was resolved immediately. This was the only issue with the room. In the car park, i have an EV car and none EV cars were parked in some of the EV charging bays. I would like this to be corrected should i stay at IBIS again. Other than that the place was great.

The room was clean & comfortable. It had everything needed for the basics. Reception staff were efficient on arrival & sorted the car park admin etc There was a big car park - free to use as long as the car was registered on arrival. Shipley is a good base to go to the beautiful parts of Yorkshire (Shipley is over-developed & has too many neon signs)

The staff were not particularly attentive especially during breakfast. There was some food spilled so I cleared it up to avoid someone slipping on it. No-one filled anything up unless they were asked to do staffing was probably inadequate. No-one had opened the jam & marmalade dispensers. The butter ran out & there were only 6-7 guests eating. The carpets downstairs are hideous.

Room was very spacious and well equipped. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was well laid out. Access to the wifi was easy and a good connection. It really is very well placed as not right on the roadside so very quiet. Easy to use as a base to visit sights etc nearby. Large car park so parking is not an issue. Food in the restuarant in the evening was reasonably priced. Buffet Breakfast had a variety of items on offer to suit all tastes. Good value for money.

Nothing had a very pleasant 3 night stay.

Reception staff were very welcoming and gave full instructions about the parking and not getting fined!! The room was really good. Spotlessly clean and quality bedding with a very comfortable bed. Quiet location just a stroll from Saltaire village. Although the car park was full the hotel itself was really quiet. Scores would have been a perfect 10 if the breakfast had been better!

The breakfast was just ok. Felt the hot stuff had been out too long as sausages were crinkling. Not as much choice as other places. Not a lot of choice for a bar meal so went next door. Don’t know if that was part of the group but food was awful. Will stay again but just have a toastie in the hotel!

The bedding was comfy, location was great, view from the window was nice, checking in and out was super easy and the kettle with tea and coffee packets was appreciated.

There wasn't any charging ports or sockets near the bedside, so we had to charge our phones on the same plugs as the kettle at the other end of room. Furthermore the key card to the door was difficult to figure out, not sure if explanation was needed or if it simply wasn't working properly.

A good choice for breakfast but because I went out for a walk along the canal first, we didn't eat until after 0900hrs and the sausages and scrambled eggs were a bit dried up. Otherwise OK. We have stayed before and like the location which is a short distance from Shipley railway station. The room was quiet and we had a good sleep.

We would have been content with smaller towels in the bathroom as we don't mind using them again but difficult to dry due to excessive size.

Bed was very comfortable and helpful front desk staff

The breakfast was disappointing. Went down before 1130. There was hardly anything left in the hot breakfast. Asked the lady staff for more scrambled eggs who was not happy about my request and said breakfast finish at 12. So I told her it’s not 12 yet. The sausages were hard you could not cut through it let alone bite through it. One of my family members went to plate some hash browns and was told to leave some for staff. Paid 12/each for breakfast that was not worth it.

Great location near the train station and all major roads, but very quiet on a night. Comfortable, basic but it had everything you wanted, tea and coffee in the room, spacious room and shower, TV, comfy large bed and a bar downstairs. You can walk to Saltaire along the canal towpath from the hotel in about 15 minutes. Don't be put off by the 2 star rating, it's good.

For what I paid it had everything I needed and expected.
