The hallways smelled really bad

The apartment was lovely. Clean, comfortable, well equipped and as described. Tea and coffee was provided (no milk) and two bottles of water in the fridge. The location was great for us. Car parking - You can park by the lodge for free whilst unloading (this is the car park you can't leave and re-enter). You then need to move to the multi-story or elsewhere. We didn't pre book and there were loads of spaces. We downloaded the app and paid each time we left which worked out at £5 a day. Much cheaper than others we've used and was secure. Communication was fantastic throughout. We really liked the guest book that was sent with lots of useful local information.

Not the hosts fault - some of the corridors didn't smell very pleasant. Plumbing made a noise when flushed but couldn't be heard in the bedroom so not disruptive.

Great location. Comfortable home from home apartment. Well equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer. Tea and coffee were provided which was a nice touch.

Parking was a bit complicated but we eventually managed to reserve a space online and it was right next door to the apartment. The bathroom was well equipped but another shelf would be great. Plumbing was a bit loud too when you flushed the toilet.

Good location, 10 minutes walk from Saltaire. Also the accommodation was clean and tidy, with great views.

Parking facilities were not straightforward. I was led to believe that parking would be arranged as part of the price. However, on arriving, we had to download an app and pay £35 to park our car for the week.

Mattress could have been more comfortable. Just a shower no bath. It would have been good if the car parking had remained free as advertised and not the £5 per day.

We have stayed in various apartments in Saltaire this was by far the best we have stayed in, exceptional well presented and equipped, spotlessly clean, everything has been thought of for your comfort, would highly recommend,.

The flat had good facilities, with a full kitchen and a good supply of kitchen & cleaning equipment. It was very hot during our stay, and the tower fan was very useful. There were spare supplies of many consumables. The bed was very comfortable. There were instructions for just about everything on a dedicated website, so make sure to save the link (due to Covid, there was no physical handbook even though the email said where to find it!) Also the place has a complicated layout, so make sure you follow the detailed instructions about where to go in the car park so you can park near the lift. The flat is very high up, so has a good view over the River Aire and to the nearby hills (they are not mountains as claimed in the description!)

There were spare towels, but we had to ask where to find them (in a drawer under the bed). A number of minor things were broken and had not been fixed, which was annoying - we left a note for the cleaner so I hope that resulted in some action. We could not work out how to switch on the heated towel rail. The car parking spaces are very narrow, with lots of pillars - certainly not suitable for large vehicles (which luckily we do not have). The flats are in an area with some small industrial places nearby, which resulted in some intermittent daytime noise from engineering work.

Good location. Well equipped. Rooms were not too hot, particularly the bedroom, well controlled. Bedding was warm but not too hot. Very quiet! Nice view.

Parking costs. But found spaces outside the complex for free.
