It had a balcony and was modern with everything you need. We were sent codes for the building door and our apartment door a few hours before. Entry was streamline without hassle. I did have to recheck the code but the responses were quick from the management team

Not being able to drop our luggage and having to pay to have it sorted for the day. It wasnt that much of a hassle but added to the cost

Location was perfect. The apartment was compact and welcoming and served us well. Well equipped kitchen should you want to make something to eat.

Because it backs onto a car park there was noise during the night from delivery vehicles etc announcing very loudly about reversing! Which isn’t the fault of the apartment of course but nevertheless disruptive to sleep.

Loved staying here, apartment is lovely and location was excellent

The only negatives were we couldn’t really use the balcony - it was very dark but also lots of flies. It was also exceptionally hot and the fan in the apartment didn’t really help

Excellent location. Easy directions for locating and accessing property. Felt very secure.

Could have used a hook or two in the shower room for hanging clothing or towels.

Great little apartment. Clean, warm, quiet and cosy in a great central position. Sainsbury’s local only 50 yards away for essentials. Would book again if we go back to York.

A beautiful high spec apartment with a view of York Minster. The location was fab, just a short walk into the centre of York. It even came with a parking space.

There was nothing not to like.

The property was beautiful and spotlessly clean. really comfortable and bearing in mind how central it was, very quiet. bonus that there’s a free parking space. walkable to all the sights

The apartment is lovely and just around the corner from the city walls. with an easy walk to the shops. I stayed with a disabled relative and it was excellent for them. they could park right outside in the disabled parking. and get the lift up to the apartment.

we drove to york and were assured there was parking outside. there is but it is very costly. the residents seem to have a discount for parking. it would be good if this apartment was registered for the same privilege. we found that driving to the park and ride to leave the car until evening and when the park and ride shut, bring the car back in the hopes of getting a space in the car park, £3 for all night. then getting up to take it back to the park and ride the next day. it was tedious but saved us over £50 for two days.

Beautiful apartment in superb condition very well situated for all attractions. Everything about the apartment is very well thought though and in excellent condition. 100% staying again, it's much more convenient and comfortable than a hotel, for us a a family with an older teenager just perfect. I would highly recommend anyone to say

Local authority bin men on both mornings had little consideration for local residents. Very loud shouting to eachother, very early but they didn't stay long and the area is very well kept so in all honesty not that much of a problem.

Great location and walkable to all the sights of York.

Would have appreciated a t towel and coffee for the plunger.
