Great location, two blocks from the waterfront and central to the old city. Several nice design touches in the room. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly and quite helpful staff. My son got bit by a dog in Buenos Aires and needed to get his third rabies vaccine in Montevideo. The staff made phone calls for us and found out the hospital we needed to visit to get his vaccine and the hours they were open for this. She was a real life-saver in a complicated situation for us. Would gladly stay here again.

the room was very clean and with a terrace. An amazing view to the river. It was very close to most of the old city attractions. walk around even at night was very safe.

The breakfast was not included. TV in the room is too small, but it's ok, I used it only at bed time. A bad smell was coming from the bathroom drain, they should put a lid in there.

Good location in the old city and one short block from the waterfront. Easy walk to Plaza Independencia/the old city gate and the pedestrianized street that leads to the Mercado del Puerto. Easy to reach Tres Cruces bus station by taxi (lots of taxis within an easy short walk). Good hotel with a good breakfast - thank you.

The rooms are huge and in winter also warm with the AC working as a heater. I had asked for a quiet room and had a very quiet one away from the main roads. Excellent!

As many people have said already, the breakfast is not bad, but after 2 or 3 days becomes boring as it is always the same, with only a choice for which type of piece of fruit you want. I opted after 2 days to buy my own breakfast. This is not in line with the high quality of the rest of the establishment.

Carolina and Valentina were so lovely and helped wherever they could. The hotel was clean, modern and very pleasant. The location is excellent.

In the pictures on the website you can see a jacuzzi but it was not active. In addition, you see a bathtub in the pictures, but only some of the rooms have a bathtub. In addition, I lacked vegetables at breakfast.

The staff was friendly. The room and bed were comfortable. The view from the balcony was great!

The hot tub was closed due to covid (2-1/2 years after the pandemic). The location is good for old town but sometimes it would have been nice to be closer to the newer area.

My hotel room was large and spacious, with a wonderful view of Montevideo. The staff was very accommodating in letting me stash my luggage in a secure room before and after I checked in and out. They seemed kind, and also spoke English, which I really appreciated.

The staff were wonderful. Rooms had spa baths and very spacious and comfortable beds clean sheets.

You had to request utensils etc maybe because of theft had no microwave.

Internet in the room weak. As the hotel is located in the center of Montevideo (Offices, ministries, banks) so many restaurants close at 18h30

Lovely spacious room. Staff were lovely during our time . Nice view out to the sea. Comfy beds :D

A microwave would have been nice and they tried to charge us for a towel when we initially only had one in the room (Would have been nice if they had checked before trying to charge)
