The area was clean.. refurbishment being done, so dust, noise and areas that need attention. Housekeeping staff was interesting with not cleaning the room during the stay, but on the last night they checked us out early and was surprised we were there. We would stay here again 😊

There limited breakfast was due to not having a full hotel... but when booking, their system reflected very few rooms available.. We had to change rooms due to a locking problem. The new room needed a light changed.. the TV channela should give you then options for Netflix and Prime..

The Staff setting up the food was excellent, pleasant and always kept the food replenished. Had an assortment of breakfast food. Didn't realize there were so many condiments for the oatmeal.

We had no complaints whatsoever.

They had a washing machine to wash clothes. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, Bed was comfortable and the Breakfast was decent.

Breakfast was very nice. Our experience with all personnel was tremendous! An extra pleasant experience with the gal who checked us in. She was very friendly and accommodating. She made us feel at home.

In the 5 mornings that we ate breakfast the juice machine was out of order. We bought our own juice since nothing was offered in place of the broken machine, not even a gallon of orange juice. Early one of the mornings (before 7:00) they ran out of milk. We had planned to use the workout room and hot-tub. We were disappointed the the workout room was closed due to COVID. The pool area was opened but not heated, including the hot-tub. A cold hot tub was not appealing. The channel choice on the TV was very limited.

Had a hot breakfast included in the price and a wide variety of cold food too. Also coffee bar. Pool looked very nice though I didn’t get a chance to use it. I didn’t expect this so it was a nice surprise.

Parking lights shone into my room and curtains didn’t close. Next time I’ll think of a way to block the light. It wasn’t a huge inconvenience and I’ll still seek out this hotel again due to the amenities

Breakfast was good could have had more items on the menu. Coffee was more like water had to go out for my morning brew.

Had to ask for clean towel since there was know room service

the staff was very friendly. all of the amenities were accessible and working. the breakfast was great. no trouble getting the things I needed, such as extra towels, bedding for the sofa couch, etc

Very clean. Property was close to families homes. Staff was friendly.

AC was extremely cold and We could not figure out how to adjust it. At Check in the receptionist did not inform me of the incidental charges and amount I would be charged per room. The hot tub was freezing cold and never warmed up which is one of the major reasons why I looked at this property.

I had reserved a king suite with a sleeper sofa, but wasn't able to get it because they gave it to the ball team
