Cleanliness! Customer Service (telephone). Stocked kitchen. In unit laundry. Quiet inside building. Grocery store 2 blocks away, but more expensive than others in chain, actually may be cheaper to have delivered.

No evidence of onsite staff hours. Two hospitals within a block, sirens constantly. Took me days to find local news programs on TV.

The room is very nice, functional, comfortable, cosy, good to work, it has everything one need to stay (even for longer. The style of the apartment hotel is a bit different than others which is interessting. Right in the centre of Birmingham.

Wasting time on virtual check in and then getting to the Mint house without getting a code was annoying! I have no idea where my data went, be carful to not give more than absolutely needed! No parking on site (just a cross the road, but strange for north america).

it was easy to get to, stylish, clean. the layout of the room made the most of the sq ft.

there isn’t any staff anywhere. there times people left food in the elevator or trash around the property but with no staff it didn’t get cleaned up until Monday. It was very minimal and this isn’t a complaint at all. I would stay again in any of their facilities.

The rooms are very modern and clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable. You can't beat the location for sure!

There's no where to sit and watch TV. There is a dining table with chairs but you can't see the TV from there. A comfy chair would be great. No parking, not much they can do about that.

it was friendly, new property, in the heart of downtown and 1 minute walk from UAB Hospital.

there was not really anything that I didn’t like. I kind of wished they offered free parking, but there was a parking deck really close by. I had to pay $18 for 2 days, but other than that, the property was very clean, nice and everything was new and modern

Comfortable beds, clean room, cool aesthetic all around, they even leave you nice waters and small little baked good box, great view from room

You had to walk down the road back and forth to pay to park in parking garage every day, no front desk at all to talk to anyone

It was convenient to my job. The building was excellent, clean and secured. The bed OMG! it was like sleep on a cloud!! That’s the best part of the whole stay is the bed. It was quite the whole stay, I didn’t think anyone else was there lol

There was nothing not to like.

Such a cute apartment! Very clean. Walkable to lots of places. Cheap uber ride to Avondale (we went to a show at the Saturn). Easy instructions for check-in and very quiet!

Mildly annoying that there's no parking, but it was a 2-minute walk so not a big deal.

I liked the location of the property. I liked the fact the property had everything I need for my stay.

Three of the electrical outlets on the counter didn't work so the coffee maker didn't work.

Everything, would be even greater, if you had a small comfy couch and maybe put the cute table and chairs closer into the breakfast area.

The bed could have been a little more comfy.
