Earvin at the front desk was phenomenal...I've stayed at 4-5 star hotels all over and he is by far in my top 3 of concierges I've ever been associated with. Room was fantastic and pool was definitely relaxing

Nothing!! Other hotels need to follow the footprint of this place.. We only stayed overnight in route to Biloxi , but if we ever stay in Birmingham again you can rest assured it will be here ..

The breakfast was very good actually! Everything tasted great! The room was clean and had a great full fridge and microwave however we didn’t need it. Staff was excellent and very nice!

I wish we didn’t have to pay extra for parking. The cost of the hotel in general was more than I wanted to spend. The bed was very rocky, every time my husband moved even a slight bit I felt like the bed wasn’t very stable it felt wobbly (703). The ice machine in the fridge made about 5 ice cubes, so we could have used more ice for our drinks. If I’m being super picky an indoor pool would’ve been great!

I greatly appreciated how helpful the staff at the front desk were. I asked for a town map, and the receptionist looked thoroughly for one for me since the display was out of stock. She couldn't find one but gave me directions to local sights. That was awesome.

Jetlag from my flight made me miss the included complimentary breakfast. But that's on me, so I don't mind. I'm grateful that the front desk told me when it was and what they served. I'm disappointed that I missed out though, it sounded like a good deal.

Our room was terrific: large, comfortable, and well-equipped. We especially liked the free access to Showtime and the television that swung around to be viewed from either the sofa or the bed. The location was nondescript -- no interesting destinations for my morning walk. However, it was a relatively short drive to everywhere we wanted to go.

We had hoped the pool would be open!

The staff bent over backwards to provide everything we needed. The location is ideal. You're not far from restaurants & UAB is right there. You are also near the freeway.

Only a few drawbacks. We had a wonky toilet in one of the rooms. The water hose popped out a few times. Only a minor inconvenience. Paying for parking in a non-secured parking lot was dumb though. Ten bucks per day for an uneven parking lot is ridiculous.

Everything Was Great From The Staff To My Location. The Staff Was Knowledgeable & Attentive. My Room Was Clean & Comfortable. I Loved The Fireplace & Huge Windows. I Will Stay Here Again When I Return.

The Only Thing I Did Not Like Was That My Card Was Charged More Than Once & Not At The Rate That Was Communicated. However, Management Did Rectify The Situation Quickly.

I so enjoyed the stay I was granted one day due to transitioning with my job so this stay was everything I will definitely stay again if I’m there again .. front desk was mad sweet!! very helpful and knowledgeable with my questions on how to wound down with places to go and where to eat !! love love 💕

Staff was attentive and knowledgeable, told me about the breakfast and its area of preparation, checked my vehicle and gave me the required parking pass; informed me on location of room and ice and other amenities. Would definitely recommend this facility to others

1.Would like to have better discounts on room rate for guests visiting the UAB clinics or hospitals. Too many hidden fees, separate extra taxes applied to rooms rate. 2. You should not have to pay to park in the hotel parking lot when you are a guest at the hotel.

Hotel rooms were very clean and convenient. The breakfast was good.

When extended, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. It can hurt a person's back. More non-pork options for breakfast
