They were very accommodating and upgraded our room for free. Room was clean and comfy. The free breakfast is great, my husband loved the biscuits and gravy and they had a selection of fruit/bagels/toast as well as greek yogurt which was awesome. It was a great stop on our long drive, thank you for having us!

If I have to complain about something it's that the walls are very thin but its not the hotel staffs fault so it is what it is. You can hear everything (people walking down the hall/talking loudly in their rooms etc) I recommend requesting a room away from the elevator as people can be very loud while waiting for the elevator. Also the egg white omelets were all over cooked as well as the sausage but it really wasn't a big deal and still enjoyed breakfast.

Loved the location. The decor is beautiful and modern. The staff is super nice. The breakfast staff is outstanding.

The floors should be cleaned. As soon as I walked into the lobby, the floors were so dirty right in front of the front desk. My room was great. But again, the tile floor was dirty and the bathroom had too much mildew. The walls and ceiling need to be bleached. The caulking was black and orange. It was just dirty. Very gross

The beds are very comfortable, room was clean and the staff was very nice, great location, this was not my first visit so I chose it again for vacation, was on the second floor and the floors squeaked somewhat and it did above us too! That is the only complaint!

The trash needed emptied in the dining room badly, it was overflowing terribly and there were a lot of people eating and couldn't even throw away their trash when finished.

Brandy checked us in, we were exhausted from driving all day ! Her kindness and warm welcoming attitude along with her smile was very refreshing! Brandy is a great example of exceptional customer service. !!

Everything the room and bed was excellent and the breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel me and my family will be back

Large selection at breakfast and very good. Staff was very friendly. The room was nice and bed was comfortable.

The bathroom floor was very verry sticky. No other complaint.

At check in there was a man and woman who were super friendly and helpful. We spent most of the day out of the hotel looking around. Asking for extra towels since we had five people, and then bedding for a sofa bed wasn’t an issue with them at all. Our room was clean, had what we needed for coffee and to shower. They had several options available for breakfast, wether you wanted healthy or comfort foods. The pool was clean and a nice enough size for our kids to enjoy. Everything was exactly as we had seen while booking online, and even better. We will definitely come back if we’re ever in the area again. This is a great location near many options for restaurants.

Rooms were cute. Beds were comfortable. Love that it had a microwave and small fridge. The complimentary breakfast was great!!

Bathroom smelled a bit musty
