Great Location near all shopping and restaurants…

The one front desk worker she was rude few times I didn’t get her name, but she had long blonde hair with tattoos on her leg she wasn’t real friendly during breakfast one morning she let food almost run out before stocking breakfast for other guests. She was told by guests that someone spilled drink she heard way got it up. And ask her questions about needing stuff clean towel she acted like it wasn’t her job so she got with the cleaning lady to bring us some… every other person working there was nice and we did have a great trip…

The property was clean. The room was awesome. Kitchen area,stove and full size frig was a pleasant surprise. Hotel being right across from outlet mall and other shopping and resturants very convenient.Beds were very comfortable. Linen and towels clean and fresh. Love this hotel. Will definitely stay again and again❣️

The breakfast not so good. Breakfast should be extended until 10:00am. Ice machine on first floor out of order during our stay. Employees smoking and talking like it was the middle of the day on first floor by bench at 3:00am on…like every 15 minutes or so. Talking was the problem too loud! loitering/tailgating with beach chairs setup between cars in the back of the parking lot and urinating by individuals by the building in grassy area little uncomfortable..seem like a construction crew did not appear to be staying in the hotel but who knows?

The room was a great price and was around everything we wanted. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

On the last day we kept noticing that we were being bitten by something in the carpet. I think the last people must have had a pet in there.

The BEST staff. If there was an issue it was corrected immediately. Great place for families. Breakfast hostess was on top of everything, from refilling the hot bar to cleaning the tables. 2 queen suite was the perfect amount of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. The pillows were so perfect I bought one at the front desk! And the pull out couch was SO COMFORTABLE!

Our room wasn't cleaned during our stay, we had to request it to be swept (we have little kids so crumbs were everywhere). We had to request towels as well, but they always did so in a timely manner. Elevator was pretty gross. Drink machines work only half the time. Pool was foggy but we stayed during max capacity, hard to keep it clean when 300 rooms are full.

I was pleased to know that my husband and I were the "first" in the newly renovated room that we stayed in. They were closed for 6 months to remdoel. Everything was fresh, white, clean, and newest of the new. The mattress felt like slepping on cloud 9. The remodel was amazing. The owners and staff were very personable as they greeted guest coming in and leaving. I absolutely loved the location, shopping and restaurant right across the street...and if you didn't enjoy the breakfast that comes with the stay...you gotta love the Waffle House within walking distance right next door all for an affordable rate.

The parking lot was a little tight and crammed. Not well suited for larger vehicles.

From the time we arrived to the time we left we enjoyed everything about this location. The room was perfect, I can't think of one thing that we could have had that we didn't. The front desk staff WERE AMAZING, Carmen, Katie, and Willoh were ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. Each of them were attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The breakfast was delicious every morning we were there. I was told the new General Manager had made a lot of changes, and all I can say is BRAVO!!!!

I enjoyed the hot tub and pool. location was great close to everything, food and activities and shopping. The hotel was kid and pet friendly.

The only thing I didn't like was the room did not get clean during our stay. My family left for the day and came back later that evening. I hope to return to the beds being made and fresh towels and trash pull. But it wasn't we didn't leave room dirty. However, it would have been nice to return to a clean room.

Central location to many attractions, shopping and dining in Foley/gulf shores. Facility recently renovated/updated. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Pool/hot tub were in good working order and well maintained.

No real complaints other than a large amount of ball teams staying during part of our stay that were out late running around being loud.

They had just remodeled so everything was clean. The beds were comfortable, super soft. The staff was great and it was reasonably close to the beach.

It's not really a complaint so much as an FYI. They were still working out some kinks, for example the jets in the hot tub didn't work when we got there but they were fixed that night. So there were workers around but they were out of the way.

The room was clean and looked nice. There was a refrigerator and coffee pot. Also, a microwave. The elevator could have been more centrally located but it worked well. The neighbors in the next room fought but that was not the lodge's fault. All in all it was a pleasant experience.
