The hot breakfast was great, protein changed daily, family enjoyed. Staff was super and so kind- watched her helping 2 young children. She was so pleasant to everyone and willing to serve and help all- makes for a comfortable pleasing atmosphere.

This was my families first stay at Econo Lodge our expectations were not very high, but it was a wonderful stay. The room was so clean and was just as advertised- that doesn't happen much anymore these days. Staff were helpful- replaced a non working hair dryer in 15 minutes, fresh towels daily, loved seeing staff cleaning grounds, parking lot, mopping hall ways, family friendly and felt safe.

The breakfast was tasty. They had sausage links, eggs, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, and the traditional Continental Breakfast. The attendant was very kind, eager to help, and happy to assist in serving breakfast. The staff was friendly. Excellent location. The hotel is across the street from the Tanger outlets and close to OWA. The hot tub was amazing on our first day but it stopped heating on the second day. The pool is nice as well

Staff was so friendly, rooms SO clean (and I'm in the property management business), conveniently located right beside Waffle House, free continental breakfast that had options for vegetarians, and we got to bring our chihuahua!We loved the place and we are used to staying at more expensive places.

There were smoking rooms, something we aren't used to in FL. Sometimes people's cigarette smoke would make it inside the AC units just a little bit. I'm not sure if it was an adjoining smoking room to our non-smoking room but our neighbors just happened to smoke a lot. It was during a hurricane evacuation so they may have also made some understandable exceptions. The walls are thin so you can hear everything. If you have loud kids or babies, please don't bring them for the sake of other guest's sanity, haha.

Breakfast was good its complimentary to anyone who stays. I also like how clean it was and the location is convenant for the beach we normally stay on the beach but this trip we decided to travel and we got to see everything gulf shores and foley have to offer i would rate them a 9.5 to stay with kids i love the fact they have a grill i used it twice dureing my stay and let me tell it can make a good steak!!

Some staff is friendly most actually but you have to pick them on the right day. Im not sure if there over work under paid or overwhelmed sometimes. They can be short with you. But all in all everything worked out great although they should get some one to spray for the nats i had to use the grill to keep them ran off

Location! value !close access to the outlet mall. My room had 2 fridges so if someone needed to have an extended stay they could keep there things cool. The pool was a very good size. And it was round and not square. I really liked that.

It's dog friendly which is good. But I think that if u gonna have your dogs at the hotel patrons should take their dogs out frequently for walks so that they don't get fussy because the walls are not sound proof. I have fur babies so I understand that they will bark .. but being dog friendly is wonderful because people can travel without worrying about the safety and well being of there pets.

Walked into an updated exceptionally clean room! Everything looked fresh and new ! Room smelled fresh including linens on bed. The bed was perfect. Not too hard or too soft. Plenty of room in the King room with sleeper sofa. Two refrigerators! Restaurants and stores nearby including Outlet mall across the street. About 25 min to beach ! Would stay here again! If you go to Foley, Alabama be sure to eat at Lambert's Cafe. Good food and good time!

We absolutely LOVED staying here & will again !!! The property is very well maintained & very clean! Pool & outdoor areas were cleaned every morning. Rooms were clean, trash & dirty towels picked up daily. Super friendly staff, great breakfast every day! PET FRIENDLY too! Though we didn’t bring any of our pets this trip. Waffle house next door, Walmart just down the street. Outlet mall across the street. Very convenient location! Already recommended this property to others!

The elevator- no ac or fan in it- super hot.

The hotel itself was nice and in a great location to surrounding shops and restaurants, as well as to the beach. The renovation is lovely and inviting, and the pool, while small, was a luxury after a couple hot days in the summer heat.

Our room did not have carpet and, unfortunately, it seemed like it had been a while since housekeeping had mopped the floors. We brought some sanitary wipes with us and had to clean the bottoms of our feet before going to bed because just walking around the room had turned them black from how dirty it was.

Great Location near all shopping and restaurants…

The one front desk worker she was rude few times I didn’t get her name, but she had long blonde hair with tattoos on her leg she wasn’t real friendly during breakfast one morning she let food almost run out before stocking breakfast for other guests. She was told by guests that someone spilled drink she heard way got it up. And ask her questions about needing stuff clean towel she acted like it wasn’t her job so she got with the cleaning lady to bring us some… every other person working there was nice and we did have a great trip…

Very clean rooms and staff was very friendly I'm 7 1/2 months pregnant with a chocolate craving at 10 pm when everything is closed all vending machines were empty my husband went to front desk to see if they had anything for me and the night clerk at front desk gave him a plate of homemade chocolate desserts for me to have it was the nicest thing anyone has ever done. I wish he could remember her name .... she makes me want to book there again
