Everything was nice..pool water wasnt clear very mirky..and very very cold..decor was very nice..one thing a beautiful smell when you walk in would be nice..like a plug in or something..but there wasnt an odor just not a beautiful smell

I booked through booking.com they charged my card via paypal...the lady at the hotel told me i had to use a card for incidentals, but in the end I was charged for the hotel again via my Regions cc..I have been trying to get the charge from either you or booking.com with no help

Everyone who works there is very friendly and seems to enjoy their jobs and want to be there, very welcoming. Breakfast is good. Location is great. This was our 3rd or 4th stay here and the hotel is showing some signs of normal wear and tear, drawers in bathroom would not stay closed and the carpet was unraveling between room and kitchen. Not sure if they have fixed fire pit still since last visit because didn’t see it actually working or not this trip. There was a fruit loop in the elevator door jamb the whole weekend, which was weird as the motel seems to be kept clean generally. Grounds were beautifully landscaped and well kept. Everyone seemed to be enjoying their stay. Only complaints I heard were people who didn’t get a room on the balloon viewing side, which we didn’t either but know everyone can’t get balloon view rooms but it made me think a roof top area would be great for this event or a higher floor e deck area. All and all we love to stay here.

false advertising.. when I book it was showing the water park I’m thinking it’s inside the hotel I even called before I got there’s d asked was the park open at the hotel and the lady told me it’s only for reservations I told her I do have a reservation she said well yes it will be open. I get there they told me it’s not in the hotel and I had to by tickets for the park I was mad that was the only reason y I booked that hotel cause it was showing it had a inside water park not know it was the tropical falls that’s next to it

Everything - except the price. I was told by Bookings one price and I received a much higher price at check-out. Other than that, my stay was great as my first stay. I was born and raised in Foley from 1948 - 1966. I plowed the ground that the Hotel sit on. It warms my heart to see the progress the town has made.

Check in and check could be much better if the area was bigger! The television area needs to be much lighter [color wise] and hallway could more lighting.

location is convenient to everything, room was clean, beds were comfy, and hotel staff was so friendly

the only complaint I have is there weren’t any pool towels in the indoor pool area. when I asked front desk she was so kind and said she would have someone get some out asap. however we waited 10 min and still no towels. my girls went up to the room dripping wet

The staff was amazing!! The only negative was some of the cleaning staff. When they cleaned our bathroom it was not very clean and instead of giving us a fresh clen towel for the floor they just folded the old one up and put it on the bathtub like it was a clean fresh one.

Beautiful location

We never could get into pool always so packed with kids. Asking for towels daily I would put the in hall they would take them and never leave towels so u would have to go to desks ask for towels then wait till they bring them to your room.

The breakfast was excellent there was a variety of foods to choose from and the location was great away from a lot of traffic. The room was great.

The cleaning of the room could be better. I was there for four days and my room was only clean one time. The door was left open with the deadbolt lock extended out and I had to asked for clean towels.

I love the location The Tropic Falls Waterpark was literally right there it was also close to stores and restaurants.

Eventhoughh I can't really say anything bad about the place the only thing I will complain about is unattended kids they was playin around in the fitness room.

I loved that there was a full size kitchen and appliances in the room. I loved that it is walking distance to the water park and everything in OWA.

The only complaint that I have is the bed isn’t as soft as I would like.
