The lady at the front desk who checked us in was outstanding.Friendly and helpful.All of the other staff that we encountered were just as amazing.The staff her truly exemplifies what hospitality is all about.The room was clean and the bathrooms too.The housekeeping staff does a great job at keeping it clea.My only complaint was the pool was dirty....but who needs the pool with all those lovely beaches.I would definitely stay here again.

that it had a room available, without waiting beyond check in time. Originally we had a room at the Staybridge, but after an hour and fifteen minutes of waiting, we canceled there, and immediately got a room here. Staff was friendly, room clean and happy with my little balcony overlooking the courtyard pool.

The elevator was jerky, allow to respond, faulty position indicator (needs a new motor and encoder to smooth out the ride).

I thought the room was very spacious and well laid out.

I thought the bed was too hard. I know that is my personal preference. I noticed the outside of the refrigerator door was hot to the touch. I opened the wall unit door it was behind and kept it open. The refrigerator door stayed cold to the touch and cooled my drinks much better upon doing this. Missed the free breakfast.

The rooms were big and clean.

The breakfast situation was confusing and late. It was due to begin at 6 but it was nearly 630 before we could order coffee or breakfast, Making or departure delayed also.

Upon arrival, the lady at the front desk was extremely nice. She checked me in within 2-3 minutes. The room was very clean, well kept, and was better than I expected. The TV had Netflix if you are interested, but we were usually out and about. The pool area was nice and well kept as well. The toilet did have a small issue with the plunger getting stuck, but I took care of that myself and is in no way a pitfall of the property. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable stay close to the beach.

The toilet has a small issue with the float getting stuck. The breakfast was not included.

The cleanliness and the amenities!

The internet was horrible! we tried watching a movie and it kept stopping and freezing where we couldn’t watch anything.

I think her name was Ashley. She was exceptional in her customer service. You could tell that she was all about the customer being happy and satisfied. I am not sure if that is her name but she was on duty at 3PM on Feb 26. We travel a lot and stay in a lot of places. I wish there was one of her every where we go.

Everything was great

It was in a convenient location. The facility was clean and friendly staff,

small garbage cans in room...could be a little bigger. Should include continental breakfast.

Facility was nice and clean. Staff was very pleasant.

Didn’t like that we had to pay for snacks, breakfast, etc.
