Sleep Inn & Suites

Room was comfortable, but needed basic upkeep (vent hanging from ceiling, furniture looked worn). Hotel was quiet and even hallways had fresh smell. We had good night's rest both nights. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast was lame, very little choice. Creamer pods were bad, and syrup dispenser was already almost empty at 7:am. Pool area looked unwelcoming (chairs all against the building, no plants, etc).

The location and the staff. The check in was very easy. The room was cleaned and bed comfortable. I didn't eat the breakfast but it looked good and smelled good.

There was nothing I didn't like about my stay. I had no complaints. The hotel wasn't hard to find and I have nothing to complain about.

The staff was beyond helpful and really nice. The remote didn't work, but the staff replaced it within minutes. Our daughter was there with her school and they placed us directly across the hall from her.

There were some stains on the office chair in the room. There was some stains on the floor as well. But they were doing renovations, so that could be why. The toilet ran every time you flushed it. The floor was had

Staff was extremely friendly, Willing to answer questions, Fullfilled requests.

The floors in our first room had a strong smell of urine (214), Informed the front desk and they were more then willing to accommodate and put us in a new room which was much better. The only thing I would mention about the new room was whatever housekeeping uses to clean the floors made the floors have a sticky film.

the day manager was great gave us a discount when our tv was broke

being lyed to by the night manager she claimed they were out of knives and forks when i asked the to refilled and when the day one came he went right over and refill everything she just sat behind the dest on her phone

The hotel was nice and clean. It was convenient to all of the places that we wanted to visit.

The only issue that we had was the breakfast. The waffle maker was not working properly and the juice machine was out of order but otherwise the hotel was great.

It's very convenient to everything. Less than 20 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes to OWA indoor water park

The 3 bed suites needed a 2nd tv since the 3rd bed is in a separate room from the other beds. Also the room with the separate bed could use a lap.

Beds were very comfortable and room was very clean. Everyone was very polite and helpful! Location was nice and had decent parking.

Needed more convenient outlets for charging our boat batteries. One of the outlets didn't have the receptical in it. It did look like the were doing some more construction or renovation in the back beside the pool area.

The rooms are clean and we enjoyed the pool. It's pretty quite, they do allow animals. I was informed that it cost more. I'm not sure about what it costs for pets because I didn't bring mine.

I have no complaints, it was very nice.

The front desk assistant. She was really helpful in telling us where the great restaurants was. The room was very clean and nice and cool .

The bottom of shower curtain was mildew.
