Super 8 by Wyndham Foley

The staff was incredible from the moment we checked in to even after we checked out. Truly went above and beyond - so helpful, patient, and friendly. Awesome location to food, shopping, ball fields, and tourist stuff. As far as the room - you get what you pay for. We went the cheapest route possible and were going to deal with whatever we got. But we were pleasantly surprised. Room was clean and it was easy getting all the extras we requested.

The staff was very nice and did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. The bed was clean and comfy. And the location is great for getting to most locations in Foley.

There were a few rude guests during our stay. One night we had a neighbor that was noisy. A couple of guests got loud with the staff, because they were "entitled". People need to learn how to act adult to get what they want.

The room was lovely, and very neat and clean. The beds were comfortable, we just fell into a deep sleep, and woke up feeling refreshed. It was wonderful. Your staff was so nice, friendly and accommodating to our needs. I checked in with the night manager, Debbie, and what a treasure you have in her (five stars!) She could not have been any nicer, or more helpful. She is definitely a great asset to your property! We would come back just to see her again! The day manager the next morning was also very nice.

There were some people above us, hanging out at the railing, drinking. They made us a little nervous, but ultimately, everything was fine.

It was in a great location close to many eateries and not far from waterpark or outlet mall. Beds where very comfortable the atmosphere was nice and quiet.

They didn't have any clean towels I had to go to the front desk that morning to get towels for the room. Also didn't know about the $100 deposit until I checked in.

Everything was good even though we had to change room. Because the ac broke down. The staff took care of getting us in a different room pronto. Everyone of the staff members were nice and polite an took care of our needs.

They could use more water pressure in the shower but that's hard for them to control. The thing that i really didn't like was being charged a deposit for room damage Iam 59 years old and never been charged for this an I've stayed in a lot of motels.

The rooms were clean and the property was adequately maintained. There is a small pool that was clean and operational. The breakfast was minimal, but had enough options like eggos, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal and bananas. This was right off the main highway across from the outlet mall and adjoining parking lots with Ross. Academy, Wal-Mart and other shops. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It is a budget hotel, so some things are worn out and other cosmetic maintenance needed updating. But the beds were clean and comfy. Also, the pool furniture was worn down and/or broken, but we enjoyed our swim without it.

Beds were comfy, the fridge was awesome! Instant hot water and plenty of it!! Covienince of handicap parking. Restaurants and shopping.

Needs more handicap parking, especially along the bottom floor. Larger TV and instructions on how to use the devices. This is Bama football season!!

The staff was super friendly and our room was super clean and smelled clean. Bathroom was clean and beds clean and soft. Plenty of restaurants and shopping and outlets right across the road.

I have no complaints. Pool is small and bfast is minimal like juice and cereal

sign said due to Covid, staff would not come clean room during my stay unless I request, which I did not. they came in anyway when I was gone, took the wet towels only, and left. didn’t replace them or make the bed, just no towels. plus I didn’t want unannounced cleaning staff.

The location was close to restaurants and stores. Beach not too far. The ice machine was a big plus for us. Room smelled a little musty so I sanitized all surfaces before touching them as always on trips. Sprayed with Lysol and got out for a bit for it to work it’s magic. Bed was comfortable. The toilet and sink could have been cleaned better than it was. But I took care of that myself. Overall it is fine and would stay again if need be. Air worked just fine.
