The property was nice and clean and quiet! The only reason I rated 9/10 instead of 10/10. I booked 4 months in advance and had check in for 3pm got there for 3pm and said our room wasn’t ready to give them about a half an hour. We gave them an hour and it still wasn’t ready. The front desk person said every room was booked but could give us a 1 bed room when we had 4 people with us so we NEEDED 2 beds or even 1 bed and a pull out couch. After demanding a manager she said there wasn’t one on duty and that she can give us another room with 2 beds. What’s up with that?

Location good close to our condo. Good comfort.

Only one person at front desk for check in which is very bad service. Breakfast items not kept up for number of people there. Needed bigger trays for hot food. Oatmeal ran out early and no refill made. 2 pots of coffee were empty when wanting some. Only 1 lady working breakfast area which is also very bad service. No body at front desk to check out and a couple also were wanting to check in. Staff on duty were running around and no other staff were there to help. Bad service.

It was EVERYTHING we expected it to be, we really enjoyed this hotel and WILL be staying again in the future! We came from out of state to stay here, and wasn't sure what to expect. The bed room was bigger than we though, the bathroom as well, and everything was cleaned to profection! The lobby, halls, pool, EVERYTHING was clean! It was very quiet in our room, we didn't hear anyone above us( we were on the 2nd floor), nor did anything ever get loud when leaving the room. The morning breakfast had many items to choose from and was fresh and hot! They made sure to keep things rolling as people were getting their food, and was cleaning tables as people left. We felt they go above and beyond to make everyone comfortable during this covid pandimi! They also do NOT just come in your room to clean, you leave the towels etc outside the door and they come to grab them and leave new ones. We LOVED that about this hotel, no surprise walk ins! I highly recommend this for your next stay, and I can say I do NOT say that often about places. Also, it is close to the beach, and has many places around it for shopping and food! Checking out the arcade across the street, to the left, IS A MUST on your stay as well. (Please note there were 2 beds, I had personal stuff on one so I didn't include it. As well as on the sink, the bathroom has a sliding door!!)

Breakfast was exceptional

Price of rooms was a little pricey and we checked in very late due to traffic and wasn't offered a deal with early morning check in, instead they charged me for the 2 days I reserved and my mom was given the early morning check in deal and saved almost $200.Mind you I made our reservations

Loved how clean inside it was, always smelled good too. The free breakfast included was nice too.

The outdoors weren’t as kept clean as inside. Noticed ants in the room + breakfast area. Construction right in front of hotel- made it difficult to travel to and from hotel.

The breakfast had a great variety to choose from. The staff were super friendly, best of any hotel I've stayed at. We were only down for one night for our daughters softball game & the hotels location wasn't too far from the field, so that was great.

The hallway light shown underneath the door at night & made it difficult to sleep, but a towel down in front of it is an easy fix.

The room was very nice and clean, beds were very comfortable, and the pool area was nice! The breakfast was great!

The lady who checked me in gave me two key cards, but unfortunately, only 1 ever worked. And she gave me another one, but unfortunately, it never worked. And we needed two keys!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating - the best we've experienced in a hotel stay! The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast buffet was tasty and included a few variations each morning.

I really enjoyed breakfast very clean and enough food for all hotel guest , also the pool area was very nice and clean.

The parking lot is very small spaced and you can't really go out and enjoy the area or beaches to late . Most likely when you come back there will be no parking soaves available.

Breakfast was good. Bacon would be a nice addition and grits option daily.

Pulling out onto the expressway was a little difficult. No red light. Hallway was noisy early evening. A dog was barking in a room nearby that was annoying.
