The breakfast was delicious. The entire facility was very clean and had a very fresh, clean smell. All of the employees were cheerful, polite, and very nice.

The description of the property's distance from the beach is misleading in that it made it sound like you could get to the beach just across the street when in fact you had to walk a bit of a distance to get to the beach.

Really had a great stay here. The hotel was very clean and our room was clean and comfortable. Love the balcony could see the beach from our room. The staff was very nice, I would definitely stay here again.

Check in easy. Lobby always clean. Nice staff. Clean room. Nice pool area. Refreshing lemon water. My family loves breakfast. But we don't eat pork. Add vegan items please

5th and 6th floor aren't as clean as the rest of the hotel. This hotel is awesome and it shocked me to see these 2 floors not as clean. Housekeeping guy was kinda creepy. He stayed in the hallways all day but didn't clean. After we returned from a all day beach trip our room was still not serviced and he was still in the same spot just standing at the towel cart. When I asked him about my room he became defensive and aggressive by stating "do you not see the hallway full of rooms".

We loved how kind the staff all were and how safe the hotel felt for our little one. The breakfast was very good and the lobby was clean and inviting. Our room was very cozy and had very pretty view. We very much appreciated the housekeepers coming and swapping out our towels for fresh ones!

The only complaint my husband and I had was that the tvs were slightly outdated, but overall, we appreciated the kid friendly channels for the little ones. Also, at no fault of the hotel itself, there was construction work being done directly across the street, which was a tad distracting from the otherwise beautiful view.

It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was nice. It was enough room for our large family of 6.We had 2 queen beds felt like kings and a sofa bed. Kids said sofa bed was comfortable. The room was very nice and spacious. Right in front of beach. Nice balcony.

My husband said manager was very rude. We had trouble getting the amount of towels we needed for two nights even though we paid for 6 six to be in our room. The bathroom was small to my liking and couldve been better. No sink to wash hands besides bathroom. So many different taxes/fees included with stay. THE WIFI TOTALLY SUCKS ESPECIALLY OUTSIDE

We liked that the hotel was right across from the beach. Easy access to the beach. Also having access to the pool was nice. The breakfast was awesome 👌 Housekeeping was quick to give us new towels and garbage bags and I helped them each day sweeping the sand out our room.

The walls were paper thin, could hear everyone up and down the halls at all hours of the day and night. The air vent in our bathroom didn't work, so the bathroom got very hot! Outside by the pool the shower handles were stripped out very hard to use them after going to the ocean to get the sand off. Toilet paper 🧻 was very thin and went very quickly with my family of 3. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Rooms were spacious and the hotel was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. located very close to the beach.

the location, and our room had plenty y of space for a family of 6, and breakfast was great!

booking.com had the wrong picture shown for our room at the time we booked it. When we arrived, our room was not the size or type shown in the picture booking.com advertised. Comfort suites was understanding and luckily they had a bigger room available to move us too! They told us this was a mistake by Bookjng.com and they do this often, unfortunately!

Honestly our whole stay was wonderful! Our room (312) was much larger than we thought it would be which was wonderful with a family of 4 in one room. The staff was so nice and helpful! Breakfast was good with a bunch of options. The walk to the beach was very short and you were close to everything. The pool was also super fun! We will be staying here again!
