The location was excellent and front desk staff were warm and friendly. The cookies were very yummy!

I didn't like that the pool wasn't open. Which was part of the reason I chose the location. Also, my room wasn't refreshed from my stay over. I don't know if this service varies from property to property, but other sister brands I've stayed with, they at least made the beds and replenished the towels. I had to ask a front desk clerk for some fresh towels to which they provided. The dinner I ate from the bistro was not appetizing at all. The Cajun pasta was bland and more oily than cheesy. My child's chicken tenders didn't have any flavor either. I felt I wasted my money.

Breakfast was wonderful, fresh, hot and tasty. The location was great - fairly easy to get to. EVERY single person we came in contact with from front desk to maintenance was awesome! They were all polite, welcoming, helpful and just overall pleasant! The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and enjoyed our warm cookies and coffee in the sunshine! (what a wonderful treat!) We will definitely stay there again! (we travel there often to visit family)

The trash pick-up! LOL Our room was close to the dumpster - the area was clean and well maintained but the trash pick-up at 5 am is loud! Not sure there is really anything anyone can do about it - that's seriously the only "complaint" we had about our stay! (next time we'll just make sure to get a courtyard side room! :-) LOL)

this is an older property, but that has its advantages. I think the walls are solid concrete. I never heard any other guests unless they were in the main hallway. the guests next door had small children and I never heard them, or the tv. beds are very comfortable. the seating in the little living room was the absolute most comfortable sofa! I am short and have many problems with furniture causing neck pain because the slope of the back isn’t correct. this sofa was perfect!

not near enough coffee in the room and only 1 cup for the both of us.

The room was a lot larger than I expected and conveniently located near an exit. The staff was very friendly and helpful checking us in and even getting us signed up for the Hilton honors program. I especially loves the fruit enfused water available at the front desk.

Some of the items offered at breakfast weren't as fresh and appetizing as the pictures I had seen when looking over reviews of previous customers.

We loved the room! It had a living room area with closed doors for privacy which was nice. Comfortable beds and good staff. I’ll be booking in the future

My only complaint is around 3 hours before check out time, a staff member walked into our room to clean it. She obviously didn’t know we hadn’t checked out but still. Luckily, I was dressed and getting my stuff packed but a few minutes later a quick knock and open door before I could say anything. I felt rushed to leave way before check out.

The rooms were large and clean. No problem with the rooms

We only at once in the motel hotel. As it was an extra charge to eat. The buffet was lacking in some amount, the bread was hard and cold. the eggs were rubbery. The front desk for the Saturday and Sunday staff were rude and would like to have not been disturbed. During the week the front desk was helpful.

I enjoyed everything from the showers in the room to the bartender at the bar.

While I know it isn’t anyone’s fault except the person who does the ordering but when we went to eat breakfast they didn’t have any milk or bagels and that’s what we initially came down for was bagels and my kids wanted milk.

Convenient location , comfortable beds, nice showers.

Not very well integrated with Booking.com . Had trouble getting bill straight. Had to pay for breakfast. Unable to timely repair malfunctioning entry and exit doors to keep from having to hike across the hotel.

the room layout is perfect for time with family with the separating doors no one has to sit on or in the room where we sleep.

the pillow c cases were soiled and some appliance plugged in but turned off (fridge) called and was told how to turn it on, this caused my child’s milk to spoil. overall nice space and great staff and customer service!

I loved the shower. It was probably the best thing about the room. The room itself was clean too

The pillows were terrible, not comfortable at all. There was hair all over my bath cloth. So I was a little disgusted. I had to ask for linen for the pullout sofa...it should have already been in the room. The TV had very little channels that showed up clear.
