OVERPRICED PET FEE ! Way too much charged. $100.00 is ridiculous.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Lots of drawer and cabinet space for an extended stay. The in-room Keurig coffee maker was a plus. Didn't hear any white noise from South Parkway or Martin Rd. Very nice view of Green Mountain from the room. Used the indoor pool, temp was good, towels were available, plenty of seating and restrooms were in the pool area. Very convenient for kids. The lobby area had comfortable seating areas and tables, a fireplace and was very quite.

The staff person who checked us in was a bit rude to us. No smile, no welcome, quick short answers, wasn't willing to assist with difficulty connecting to wifi, kept walking away into another room before we were finished asking a few questions. Noticed they were on their phones alot and didn't notice us walk by a few times. Since we were uncomfortable going back to the front desk, we avoided the them and worked with the nicest people in housekeeping. Seriously, if you have the same experience as we did at the front desk, just go to housekeeping when you see them on your floor. They were so kind and friendly and our very few needs were taken care of. Thumbs up on the housekeeping training!

Its obvious that they cater more to the business travelers. Advertise as Breakfast Included however when you go to the breakfast area you feel as though you are in an upscale restaurant. We had no problem with paying for breakfast. you could get their “continental” for $7.95 which got you what we have had at other hotels as complimentary…eggs, sausage, biscuits, potatoes & gravy. You could do a premium for $10.95 and actually get bacon …made to order omelets etc. The complimentary part of their breakfast was cold cereal and fruit & of course coffee, orange, etc. When my some got his breakfast they were changing out the egg supply so husband went back later to get him some eggs and had to explain twice that they weren’t available when he came through the line.

You can always trust Hilton no matter where you go and this location is no different. Awesome restaurants and bar that are on property so I didn't have to go anywhere after driving thousands of miles to get here. Thank you again Hilton. You are so worth the little extra money paid everytime.

I loved the spacious room we had and the hotel itself was very nice. It was very clean and the staff were great.

We chose this hotel because when we looked online it said there was a hot tub/jaquzzi, we were very disappointed when we went to enjoy it and it was not there. Was also disappointed that we had to pay for a breakfast that we thought was complimentary.

Very nice hotel with very comfortable rooms. Staff was friendly and there was a good complimentary breakfast. Would stay here again!

Cleanliness Staff was super nice

Great central location between the airport and the convention center. Very clean and comfortable. Super friendly and helpful staff. They extended my check out to noon to accommodate a later flight

Lunch was not served, but if they don’t have enough customers to justify that’s understandable.

The hotel is slightly older but over all pretty clean.

The complementary breakfast isn't very complimentary. They offer cold cereal, oatmeal, danishes, yogurt, cofde.and juice. If you would like something cooked suchas eggs or meat it is an additional charge. I would think with the price of the rooms breakfast would be a little better.

Place was well lit, spacious, nice rooms and clean, the front desk was polite and a joy to chat with.

Only one thing; cheaper places offer a breakfast meal I think your breakfast with a two tier system is disappointing. What you offer guests has gone down hill with inflation and the last couple years of COVID, I am saddened with what you give guests now and how you charge for hot breakfast while I do not recall this differences from the past.
