The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The gym had new equipment that was well taken care of. The breakfast had lots of options and was kept tidy. The vast majority of staff was very friendly and helpful. The public parking garage they utilize for guests is right next door, with a connecting pathway to one of the main entrances. The hotel itself is located in a prime location to walk to all the beautiful areas, shops, restaurants, and bars of downtown.

I wasn't excited about the $15 parking fee. Also, the bartender didn't seem to know what he was doing, which is disappointing when you're spending a decent amount on a drink with top shelf alcohol.

We were in town to attend a gymnastics meet at the Von Braun Center. The location of the meet and convenience of the parking garage between the hotel and the VB center were Perfect. I was very impressed with the hotel and the staff. My only complaint (which is not really a complaint) was that I had a rather difficult time finding where to check in. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to others.

Our room itself was super clean and comfortable. It was our wedding night and we asked if they did anything special. They left us some champagne, chocolates and flower petals around the room which was SUPER nice of them. We loved the hotel itself and had no other issues other then the receptionist who checked us in.

The lady who checked us into our hotel the night of our wedding was extremely rude and unfriendly. She talked to us like we were incompetent children.

Nice hotel that deserves probably more than 3 stars (except for breakfast), otherwise everything clean, comfortable, both room and bathroom spacy, quiet, Nothing to criticize or complain about.

I couldn't find any rooms on the north side of town so I settled for this. While it listed there was parking I neglected to verify the "free" part. There was a $15 surcharge for parking. It was in a public garage. That also confused the arrival since the access to hotel was by the garage drive and the GPS location was way off.

My Hilton Honors account was hacked after staying at your hotel. I got a notice the day after staying there it was hacked. I changed my password immediately. You might want to check your staff at that hotel. The woman who checked me out had a really bad attitude. I felt as if I was bothering her by simply asking for a receipt .

It was very convenient for our event we attended despite the price. It was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice. The parking garage was nice also just got confusing with event parking being mixed in.

The hotel is in a nice location next to a beautiful park and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was very good as well.

There were minor issues specifically in our room. The shower sliding door wouldn't stay shut and kept rolling open. The water pressure in the shower was very low. These are room specific issues though that I'm sure they would have fixed if aware.

Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is modern/updated and exceptionally clean! Love the welcome message on TV screen - very nice touch:) Peloton at the gym is great, also appreciated wonderful breakfast!

Price seems a little bit higher than I would expect

The location is perfect. It’s right off the highway so access via car from either the interstate system or the airport is about as convenient as it gets. The hotel sits on the edge of the heart of downtown so walking to the dining and shopping areas is a breeze. The hotel is also a stone’s toss from the Von Braun center so if you’re seeing a concert or show there, this is the absolute best place to stay bar none. The hotel itself is very clean and modern with all the usual amenities. A public parking garage is adjacent to the hotel as well so you can park there with dedicated access for hotel guests.

Nothing really. This hotel did everything I could have hoped for.
