Wasn't able to use dishwasher due had water. Sink drained out slowly. I had hunt for contact to contact number caretaker when their was an issue with the passcode enter the home.

seen a snake on steps, but other than that it was okay.

pros- it was extremely clean and in a great area.

The beds were so uncomfortable. The springs were sticking out of our bed. One of the outlets in the bedroom by the nightstand did not work. We only had 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 people staying 3 nights (we had to go buy more). Also, there were not enough towels - thank goodness I brought some detergent from home so we could wash them and have clean towels! Oh… and the air doesn’t seem to go into the bedroom - something must be blocking it. The bedroom needs more lighting and a fan!

The location was nice-unit was pretty much stocked with anything you needed.

..the bed was a full size and was probably the worst bed I’ve ever slept on. No broom in room, makes hard to keep sand etc off the floors during our stay- also the floors weren’t the cleanest.

The room was very clean upon arrival . The room had a fully functional kitchen which would be great for families. The decor was nice and added to the whole Ocean and Beach experience .

Staff was non existent it seems they are trying to do everything through the internet. The hot tubs were down and I didn't get access to the indoor pool area until Saturday the day before checking out however that could be because the signs at the pool read " wrist bands must be worn at all times ".The man that delivered the wrist bands said the bands weren't necessary. I could see where families would love it but highly overpriced for one or two people.

the unit was in ver bad condition the bathroom sink had a bucket under it for the drain to catch the water the door frame to the ac room was broken the beds were horrible needs new mattress through out and the full time guest were creeps and watched my kids like some perverts

Nothing. My room was 79’ when I arrived. Air conditioning was not working I went to the store. I got a message that the air was working I went back to the room It was 80’ Air still not working My wife went to sit on the terrace and a rat ran across her feet and tried to get in the room Mold in the bathroom I was hung up on 3 times by “customer service” I was told there was no record of my mention of a rat. I have the text to prove that is a lie. I want a full refund I did not stay there over 6 hours.

The repairman fixed the air conditioner but said I could not use it for 3 hours because it had to “unthaw” I want a full refund I did not stay there over 6 hours..

The beach was nice.

The beds were horrible, left early because no one could get any sleep. The couch cushions sunk down into the frame so it wasn't even comfortable to sit and relax.

Mold in the condo. Air vent in bedroom does not work so really hot in bed room. Mattresses are very uncomfortable. All you feel are springs.
