Hampton Inn & Suites Flagstaff - West

We were visiting our daughter at college and the location of this hotel is perfect! We can walk to her dorm in 5 minutes. The room and common areas of the hotel were great! No complaints there!

Breakfast. Breakfast was terrible. We arrived in the breakfast room at 815am on Sunday morning. The hot breakfast was a cheese omelet, bacon and sausage. The omelet was cold and the bacon was paper thin with no taste at all. We paid extra for this hotel for the "free" breakfast but it was not edible.

The rooms were large. The showers were hot. The room was very clean. The continental breakfast was a nice touch. We really enjoyed our night here and would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

No fault of the desk staff, but for some reason booking.com inserts my last name as my first name, and this made it very hard for the staff to locate my reservation. This happened at two different hotels on our trip that we booked through booking.com

The breakfast was great, my children very much enjoyed the food. The selection of naturally gluten-free foods was small and even smaller selection of vegetarian and vegan but we were able to supplement that breakfast with a hot meal in the city.

I would love to see more vegetarian options for the breakfast and manager's reception. As the cost of the hotel is priced higher to include the breakfast more inclusive options would be great.

great place. Brought my family and would do it again. front desk was great. Breakfast was nice and had enough of a selection for my kids to pick what they want.

The only negatives would be it was right next to the road. It did make it easy to find. The parking lot was full and hard to find a spot.

Everything was amazing! Me and husband just eloped in Yosemite and for our honeymoon we decided to road trip back home, we ended up spending more days in Sedona so we stayed three nights in Flagstaff because it was only an hour to the park. We also didn't know we were going to stay in Sedona that long so we checked out every morning just to reserve a another room but we traveled that hour because we enjoyed the hotel so much. the breakfast was also very good!

Hampton is one our our favorite chains. Our stays always meet expections. Located in area with plenty of restaurants nearby.

Breakfast has become run of the mill. Breakfast was the same at almost every hotel we stayed at on the 10 day 2000+ mile vacation trip. Eggs, sausage, toast, cereal and coffee or juice,.

Very nice hotel. Nice clean room. However, it is right next to the freeway and a busy intersection so my room got a lot of traffic noise. I was on the 5th floor. Good place for an overnight stay or if you’re an early riser.

I couldn’t get a taxi or Uber in time for me to get to the airport and because the hotel doesn’t offer shuttle services, the desk person asked an employee to take me. It’s a 10 minute drive. I was VERY grateful and tipped him for taking me...what I would’ve paid a taxi or Uber driver. However, the man working the desk was clearly irritated at having to ask an employee to take me to the airport...not my idea, by the way...and was short and dismissive.

Staff is always so friendly and have upgraded us everytime we have been. very clean and well stocked.

Beds are a bit hard and if you get the street/freeway side it’s very loud at night. We had a suite and unfortunately the air in the living room was much colder than in the bedroom so we were a bit warm sleeping.

They were so nice. We had booked a single king room. When we got there, they had upgraded us to a suite! No extra charge. The indoor pool and hot tub were clean. The complimentary breakfast was also good.

We had a great time. I can't say Anything bad about our stay.

I loved the location, room was clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful and worked well to resolve the no water issue in the hotel. They were quick to fix and follow up with us and test pressure. They were able to temporarily restore it and had it all fixed the next day.

The breakfast bar was not what I have come to expect from such a great brand especially when traveling as a family for first time in a long while and expecting what we used to get. I cannot believe QT, Circle K, and other places can have hot foods, donuts, yogurts, bananas and cold and hot drink self serve stations and Hampton hasn't figured out a way to keep doing the same. I think this one area needs work to meet the expectation they originally set. Charging for milk was a downer when it used to be included.
