The room was comfortable and clean. The location is good.

The breakfast is only cereal with milk and small donuts.

Great service from the staff. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The property is undergoing refurbishment and is being updated with new ensuites. When complete it will be an excellent place to stay. Check in was easy and the staff were very helpful providing a hair dryer on request and helping us move to a new room when we found the new shower wasn't working. We had a good stay and it was value for money.

It was a little annoying to be in a new refurbished room only to find that the shower facility didn't work and that management appeared not to have checked the contractor's work. Having said this the staff could not have been more helpful in moving us to a different room. We noticed several little things in the new room that again had not been picked up including loose fittings, and a poorly installed shower door. In the morning the shower was luke warm and u a le to be turned any higher. We provided feedback and hope that the contractors will fix all of these things. Otherwise we would definitely recommend staying here.

For $50 for a 2 Queen Bed Room a TV and Mini Fridge is unbeatable. The room is rather large and had much space for 3 to 4 people to easily walk around. TV Worked. Bathroom was decent size, we didn't end up using the shower, but it was pretty basic

The rooms ventilation is a little weak so after a few people using the bathroom in the morning, the stink took longer to leave the room. Toilet suction is very slow, was always worried about a clog happening. The pillows are a bit small and rough to sleep on.

Property was nice and location convenient

It would be nice to have an elevator to get you to the second floor for residents. I had two elderly women with me and I had to make several trips up and down the stairs with their heavy luggage and then leave them at the top of the stairs to go back down and help each one of them carefully up the stairs and then this was repeated again when we left.

Breakfast is good. Clean and large room. Comfortable bed, clean sheets, and pillows. Has everything with a fridge and microwave.

The insulation is probably thin because I can hear chatting in the room beside us.

location is great as far as accessibility to all the main attractions in flag, and it’s right across the street from a Walmart and Bashas!

the only thing I didn’t like was the road noise from the I-40 but we knew the property was right next to the interstate, so it wasn’t too much of a bother

The staff was so friendly patient and kind. They reminded us about the continental breakfast which we didn't eat but saw they had a nice little spread. Construction was going on and safety was not an issue plenty of parking and convenient location to college, Walmart, and restaurants withing walking distance.

Front desk person was very helpful. The light burned out in the bathroom just as my husband turned it on. He offered to move us to another room. We had already had things partially unpacked, so we declined. So, he brought a lamp in for us so we'd have light at night. It worked fine.

Handicap parking was at the opposite side of the parking lot from where the ramp was located. Not very convenient when you need to use the ramp.

The price and place were far apart. This place was pretty darn nice for a Motel type place, very clean, smelled good and was comfortable. Nice towels very clean bedding. Even the top cover seemed fresh!!! I'd stay here again in a heart beat.

Not a whole bunch, I was just over night but I could see staying here if the stay was longer even.
