Room was large and well laid out. Staff had the A/C on and television on when we entered the room. The front desk call my cell phone about 90 minutes after we entered the room to inquire if all was OK. That was a very nice touch.

The carpet was stained as was the bath tub. We could not get any hot water from the faucet--did not try the shower. The bed was not comfortable--too soft for me--but OK for my wife.

Fast check in, very helpful front desk staff. The room itself was actually a lot larger than expected. Bathroom was a bit small but not a problem. Comfortable bed. No frills but it has all that you need for a basic stay, at a great value. Location right off the freeway yet it was not noisy. Excellent experience, would definitely consider for future needs

Out of all the motel rooms I stayed at this past month this was bye far the nicest one I was impressed bye how clean it was and the staff was wonderful to work with they always had to to answer any questions we had all in all this hotel is must if u ever are in Phoenix Arizona thanks for letting me share my experience with you all Karen1935Smith@gmail.com

I cannot stress enough how great the front desk folks are. Kelly, Patti and Darcy are amazing people and they welcomed me as if I was a member of their family.

Housekeeping could be a little tighter. One room I was in still had hair in the shower. When I told Heather about it, she had someone fixing it immediately.

The beds were comfy and the room was a nice size. staff were really friendly and helpful. and the laundry room was great since my lover stole most of my clothes so I could wash what he didn't steal

Got a bit loud at times with the staff kicking people out and just other people in general plus its next to a freeway. The bathroom in our room coulda been cleaner but it wasn't terrible for the price

Everything it was clean and very quiet I had no worries with my husband working over nights.

The parking I was able to park right in frount of my unit with no problems. And even with a broken window on door the security still watched out for my car even though it’s all beat up.

Its super comfortable, the staff are understanding, very suggestively helpful, and loyal hospitality. Thank you. I do come here often.

Having to come in between 9am to 11am to get my deposit. I prefer that be an all day thing so I dont have to drive from work but I understand why that time spefically.

Quiet, affordable, front staff very professional

Service/Maintenance staff rather lackadaisical when determining problem solving for routine issues. Two trips for more room towels. Technical issues with TV set. I requested additional visits to fix issuest . Issue were not solved.

Very nice clean and quiet on the daily working nights I don’t have no worries for my family

I have no bad things to say about property honestly the staff does really good here
