Studio 6-Phoenix, AZ - Deer Valley

They are usually good to me. I like the early check in's. It has helped when I really needed it but I don't think i should pay for it. If the room is ready then why not just let me in it ya know.

I always have to clean my room. Never fails. It is very dirty every time i come. I really wish they'd do better and they are extemely(housekeeping) so loud.Not all housekeeping just the few I've dealt with. Sounds like they are coming through the walls. I think for the amount of times I've stayed here in the last 5 months I definitely deserve like a week or two comped. I dump serious money to stay here and I never complain. I leave my room cleaner then when I got it. Their is never all the light bulbs in the fixtures. The prices. They are way too high and especially for this establishment. However I am super greatful for them as in my time of need and worst point in my life they've been their for me.

We have stayed at this location several times at this point. It's the perfect location while visiting family nearby. The staff is exceptional. We had an issue with our toilet, and maintenance arrived immediately to fix it. This stay was three nights, and on the second day after the same issue - they allowed us to move to the room next to us that had been vacated that morning. We really appreciated their immediate assistance, and we will glady return.

There is the possibility of anything going wrong in the room. What separates this property from many others is that they fix it right away. Aside from that, the area has quite a number of "homeless" people wandering around, which is happening all over Phoenix, but we never felt unsafe and there has never been a noise problem.

Ashley & Joanne were so nice & helpful. My first time here & was pleasantly surprised at how clean & comfortable the room was! I think housekeeper was Ana. It was in a quiet location, everything in the room worked! Thank you so much- I really needed this time away from work, will definitely return.

The only issue was there were a few roaches that came out when I first arrived but I had brought some bug spray with me.

The room was a kitchenette, had big bathroom, ac worked, the late night front desk agent was friendly and helpful (gave great directions)

The tub needs replaced in the room we stayed in (112), the beds weren't very comfortable, bathroom had towels no wash cloths for shower

Nice quiet place put us right up front so close to office for new towels ect

Really nothing. Maybe stronger water pressure in bathroom but who doesn't want more pressure

The location is perfect for visiting family. Plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, etc around. The check-in was very efficient and staff super friendly and helpful.

The room was great. The only negative was the pillows - they are very large and dense, we wished they were softer. Next time we will bring our own. But otherwise, the room is super clean and shower wonderful.

Bed was extremely soft. However, my data was stolen from logging in to wifi which Jamie Goad and her Husband used to get a free week stay. Jamie claimed her husband beat her and abandoned her in a hotel 3 weeks before. Obviously the partnership between booking.com and their investors is borderline criminal and Jamie Goad/mohr should be arrested for stealing identy or fraud. Abelardo Gomez is the supposed GM. No reason to help those drug addicts except they have rich parents but their kids do nothing.

ATM on property, fridge was not cold and Jamie was not good in bed.

It's very quiet here an the staff are very helpful an polite id recommend this place to other people

This is the place to be at peace and no worries about pets they all are welcome and all pets must have leash on so your walks are with no fear of another,just friendly barks back and forth. Nothing more then a nite pet stroll waking about.

Comfortable room. Everything worked and was quiet. Nice to not worry about anything while my husband was in the hospital.

No utensils for the kitchen.
